First off, here’s the good news according to WBTV — “In its first Friday night telecast, TERMINATOR: THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES maintained the season-to-date average of prior time period occupant ARE YOU SMARTER THAN A 5th GRADER among A18-49 and earned double digit increases among all key men demos (+20% among M18-34, +33% in M18-49 and +40% with M25-54). In fact, TERMINATOR, placed as the #1 program in its 8PM hour among M18-34 and M18-49.”
BUT, we’ve got a long, uphill battle to prove we deserve season three and we absolutely need your help. Here are a few ways that YOU can help boost attention and ratings.
**Watch it live! Yes, it’s Friday nights but it’s at 8PM. There’s plenty of time to still go out afterwards. I know we watch it live. Plus, target your Battlestar fan friends that might have not checked out our show yet. With us, Dollhouse, and BSG, it’s the perfect excuse to throw a Friday night sci-fi party and get your friends addicted.
**DVR it and watch it again (and again) within THREE DAYS. That’s how long Nielsen tracks recorded viewership. And you don’t need a Nielsen Box to be counted for that.
**Watch it again on FOX.com. Unfortunately, we’ve just found out that Hulu does not participate in Nielsen’s online viewership tracking, but FOX does! So please make it count! Truthfully, the HD quality is better on FOX’s site anyway.
**Make us #1 in the iTunes TV store as well as Amazon.com. Executives are always curious what’s selling well and definitely relate it to the potential for ratings growth!
**Use your creativity! Stage FLASH MOBS and arrange for lots of fans to show up to public places (outside busy stores, wherever the TV news channels may be, etc) decked out in homemade T:SCC shirts, carrying supportive signs. Of course, mind the law and don’t get in trouble! You think it’s too little, it won’t work? Think again! Grassroots support like that sure helped elect a certain new President…
**Email friends, family, coworkers, reporters, bloggers, pets, etc and explain to them WHY this show matters to you. Appeal to them on a personal level! Sure, it’s action and adventure, but it’s also a meaningful drama with thought out character development and a serialized storyline. Plus, with only 23 episodes under our belt, it’s easy to catch up!
**Work together! There are great, dedicated sites like the Sarah Connor Society and Sarah Connor Chronicles.org that can be used for organizing your plans. Plenty excellent choices listed in our blogroll right on this site.
**Arrange a trade-off. Switch DVDs with fans of other shows with potentially likeminded audiences. Again, Whedon fans are a great go-to, as are Battlestar dedicates. Arrange local viewing parties, hit up other show’s message boards (but always be polite!), and pimp out T:SCC.
These are just a few ideas but it’s really up to you. We’ve just begun what is essentially our last week of production on season two and we really would like to see the story continue (and feel like you’ll want it to as well!). Shout out in the comments area with other potential ideas. As we’re prone to say, there’s no fate but what we make…
Wow, I had no idea Nielsen counted DVR despite not having the box. I record ever ep and re watch anyway. I have a question though, do I have to watch the entire thing for it to count? I often skip to just the interesting scenes/character moments. do they know Im not watching the full thing, or does it count as long as I hit play?
I also tried Hulu, but like you I didn’t realist they didn’t count. (seriously whats up with that?)
Yikes. I guess I’ve never been one to “Take it to the streets” much, but I certainly buy each episode from Amazon, watch it live and DVR it, and play them over & over again on my DVR. I’m glad to know that does indeed help though.
We really want to see this show continue……….
Wow, thanks for letting us know that HULU doesn’t count towards ratings! Will be watching on FOX.com from now on. I watch live and also have several viewings (in fact, I watched The Good Wound about three times in a row while writing a review!) in the three days after the ep on my DVR.
Good question Kyle about, does watching part of the ep on DVR count towards ratings or do you have to watch the entire ep? I confess I’m guilty of just skipping to the Sarah parts after the ep airs, but I can go back to watching the whole ep, no prob!
I’ll be part of a flash mob! And I have a real SCC shirt, not a homemade one, tho those are cool too!
Will be emailing askfox@fox.com to show my support and family and friends who don’t watch SCC right after posting this as well – anything to help the cause to keep this wonderful show on the air!
I will definitely continue to recruit new fans!
D
I actually got a friend hooked on this show last week- she watched all 22 episodes in two days to get caught up so she could watch The Good Wound Friday night!
I always watch live, buy the episode off itunes, DVR it, annnnd watch it again on Fox on Demand. Plus, I make sure to wear one of my tscc shirts each Friday to remind everyone its on
We must get a third season! I will not let this amazing show die! =]
The quality on FOX.com is really good. I like to watch the episodes again on Fox to see all of the little details I missed on the TV. It is amazing how much of a difference the quality makes when looking at the details.
You guys are doing an awesome job. I look forward to every episode. I hope there is a season three and many more. Keep us posted and keep the behind the scenes stuff coming.
Oh yeah, forgot to mention besides buying each episode from Amazon every week, also bought two copies of the DVD. One to keep, one later for a gift. I wonder if the season 2 DVD will be out in time to make any difference too.
Some of us are voting with our wallets! Trying our best anyway.
Thanks Gary for reminding us to vote with our wallets! Even in this down economy, I still bought two copies of SCC S1 and will do the same come season 2. Ya have to have one to loan out to friends to get them hooked!
Thanks for letting us know about Hulu.com. I’m going to go around and revise all my statements to co-workers about watching on Fox.com instead of Hulu.com.
Like all previous posters, I watch live and then view the episode again right afterwards. I also watch several more viewing over the weekend on my DVR, Fox.com and Hulu. I’ll leave out the Hulu viewings next weekend and add an extra Fox.com viewing. I also have purchase all the episodes from Amazon and a few from iTunes.
A couple of other things I’ve done to get people to watch is to talk endlessly to co-workers plus strategically place the comic store bags I have around my workplace. There is now a certain law firm in Los Angeles that has TSCC advertisements strategically placed in the reception area, copy room area and kitchen area.
I think I’ll start wearing my TSCC shirt from Golden Apple to work on casual Friday’s.
Annie that’s right. If everyone bought two, one for a gift, it would double the sales!
Kristina, you were at the GA event? Annie and I were too. That was great. Long wait but it was worth it.
Well…I’ve already got a full season pass from Amazon so I download them there…maybe I should get a full season pass from iTunes as well? I also watch them on FOX, and I already got my season 1 dvds.
Hopefully these things help…I really want season 3!!
@Gary
I was at the Golden Apple. I think we met but I never got your name until a couple of days afterwards I’m the one that was there from SCS.net taking pictures and such.
Hulu hits don’t count at all??? Or do the Nielsens just not track them? I’m sure that Fox has some way of knowing how many actual hits that they’re receiving from Hulu that is likely independent from the Nielsens.
I think I watched the Good Wound 3x’s over the 3 day period on my DVR this weekend.
Also – remember if you don’t have a DVR you can always email fox at askfox@fox.com – let them know that you watched, don’t have a DVR, don’t have a way to watch online, and tell them WHO watched it in your house.
I remember! I was at the front of the line with the Dekker Daily girls, and the ones from imaginemeandyouthemovie. I remember you taking pictures. The only disappointment was not being able to meet Lena. The rest was great fun. What a nice cast they are.
Shameless plug for fan based TSCC video game in the making.
Check out details in – from one “poster” to another – thread.
Or visit our thread on Fox TSCC Wiki.
All fans and producers of TSCC welcome to particpate, help, etc. We think this will be an empowering way to promote the show.
I bought two copies of the S1 DVD (one to keep and the other to loan out to hook new fans). I look forward to doing that with Season 2.
I also accidentally purchased the HD version of “The Good Wound” (I don’t have an HD set but can watch HD on my laptop) and the quality of the video was so much better that I’ve re-purchased all my previous episodes in HD.
Good to know about the Fox vs. Hulu number tracking. I’ll advise my students (who I’ve hooked on the show) to watch it on Fox.
Whats up with hulu not tracking? Well now I will know when I watch it online starting next week ( I start working nights). I will try my best to get ratings up although I don’t know how Nielsen tracks them. Remember to write Fox and let them know how great the show is, plus I have heard the show is doing very well internationally and that is always a plus (I think). My scifi night was Friday (before I start working nights) with Battlestar and Terminator. Lets do our best guys I love this show, and remember BSG wasn’t doing great in the ratings in Season 2 and it lasted till 4. And the only reason it stopped at 4 was because the producers and writers thought there had to be an end. SG-1 lasted long also.
Lets do it guys!
I watched it through my DVR twice within days of air, I’ve watched on FOX’s website twice and I also bought it through iTunes. Hope it helps.
Seems kind of silly that Fox does not get dollars (which are measured) for showing TSCC on Hulu. Surely it is measured. I doubt Fox is a charity.
And also, like Josh said: “Internet, Internet, Internet”!!
Use the social networks you are in to promote the show!!!
Post the video casts in your personal blogs and send bulletins asking your friends to “read and repost”!! (That represents an exponential dissemination of the word!).
Do the same with your e-mail’s signatures and even with the pictures and text in your messenger window!
You also can make some cool episodic or character-driven fan-arts and fan vids to upload to the social networks and send them to your friends as comments! – You may add some text for the occasion to them and include links to great TSCC related websites like SCS!!
Everything meant to spread the word counts!
Absolutely! love this show and really want to see season 3… I’ve been talking to all my friends about it non-stop trying to get them to watch
Do they count Xbox Live purchases? I watch it on Hulu sometimes, but like all of you, I didn’t know it wasn’t counting. I’ll watch it on fox.com, but I sometimes buy episodes of Xbox live. Is that helping at all? I can’t lose this show!
I bought the Blu-ray set as I mentioned before… I need a faster computer (mine’s getting cludgy and dinosaur-ish) to see it online, but I will let others know about Fox.com. Hulu.com sounds like it’s outdating itself. Hey! Just like the Nielson rating system.
I watch, sooo by the cumulative properties of magic that Nielson uses to determine viewership numbers that means at least 500,000 must watch too!
See how screwy they are??
As much as WE can do to get a third season, YOU *must* really start listening to our suggestions on how to spruce the show up, so it REALLY sparks.
No more silly things like major wound placement screw ups (really… couldn’t you have made the motel set so it facilitated better blocking of the shots?) . In T1 the bed and the door of the motel room Sarah and Kyle hid out in (and got down to business in… little Johnny Connor’s beginning as a single-cell organism) were flipped anyway. It would have added more similarity to the original “The Terminator” movie AND allowed for you to place the wound on the correct shoulder.
Dates of events from the first two movies and the ages of characters getting shifted around, etc. Miles Dyson also had a daughter, if you remember.
You will stop a lot of negative chatter right there and then.
Hmmm…?
We’ve all vented on one story or character point or another in previous blog posts, so I won’t rehash them again here. But, I will reiterate what Scifi.com stated… you need to lighten things up a bit and a bit more excitement and exciting thrills into the mix, and a tad more humor. Think about the turmoil going on in the economy.
It is BAD, BAD, BAD out in the real world!!!!! DEPRESSION BAD, yes with a “D”! I just got laid off with many other co-workers myself and I know what it’s like PERSONALLY. I’m having to go on Unemployment Insurance and MEDICARE until I can get another job… ha ha! The state government in California may start sloughing off thousands of jobs too.
Colorado, where I reside, has seen a HUGE SPIKE in foodstamp requests since last year!! Their unemployment hotline gets about 6,000 hits a day, which has crashed the system a few times. Stick that in your pipes and smoke it.
People don’t really want to see a lot of doom and gloom and depression every week. Yeah sure, Terminator deals with JD, etc. BUT you must add more of a balance and have the LIGHTER side, and maybe even some fun bits too.
You MUST deal with the REALITIES out there outside of La La Land, and they must play into the writing somewhat. Sure, you guys are employed and doing quite well, but many ARE NOT.
THINK ABOUT IT!!!! THINK THINK THINK!!
And you’ll probably do much better next season.
I’m on a number of sci-fi boards and have bought up T:SCC. What’s wonderful is that a number of people have been intrigued about the T:SCC talks and I pointed them to Amazon to buy the S1 DVD set. Lowest price!! Best way to get into a new series then $18.99!!!
I’ve gotten a whole lot of hits on that one thread. Plus I’ve been doing a Q and A for any new fans who haven’t seen a lot of T:SCC eps and who want to jump right on in.
As for Amazon:
Amazon.com Sales Rank: #1,304 in Movies & TV
#1 in Movies & TV > Television > Action & Adventure
#3 in Movies & TV > Action & Adventure > Series & Sequels
#33 in Movies & TV > Science Fiction & Fantasy > Science Fiction > Series & Sequels
Hey Dan, come help with the fan based TSCC Video Game!
We need your critical eye man, so WE “get it right,” right?
At least do your music thing…until CW comes over and stabs you (you did wanna die happy, didn’t you>)

Asta!
Forgive the lyrics, but this seems to be very apropos to the situation with this show’s struggles, the struggles of John, Sarah, Cameron, and Derek, and the struggles of the working man in 2009.
Skynet must have taken over the banks, the lending institutions, Wall Street, and Congress…
As Frank Sinatra says:
“That’s Life”
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KIiUqfxFttM
That’s life, that’s what all the people say.
You’re ridin’ high in April,
Shot down in May
But I know I’m gonna change that tune,
When I’m back on top, back on top in June.
I said that’s life, and as funny as it may seem
Some people get their kicks,
Stompin’ on a dream
But I don’t let it, let it get me down,
‘Cause this fine ol’ world it keeps spinnin’ around
I’ve been a puppet, a pauper, a pirate,
A poet, a pawn, and a king.
I’ve been up and down and over and out
And I know one thing:
Each time I find myself, flat on my face,
I pick myself up and get back in the race.
That’s life
I tell ya, I can’t deny it,
I thought of quittin’ baby,
But my heart just ain’t gonna buy it.
And if I didn’t think it was worth one single try,
I’d jump right on a big bird and then I’d fly
I’ve been a puppet, a pauper, a pirate,
A poet, a pawn, and a king.
I’ve been up and down and over and out
And I know one thing:
Each time I find myself layin’ flat on my face,
I just pick myself up and get back in the race
That’s life
That’s life and I can’t deny it
Many times I thought of cuttin’ out
But my heart won’t buy it
But if there’s nothing shakin’ come this here July
I’m gonna roll myself up in a big ball and die
My, My!
There’s always project FOX…if you have been invited to participle in that.
Too bad you guys can’t drive around in that T:SCC bus they had way back when S1 started. It came to my town…I found out 3 weeks later.
But here’s the thing if your in New York and they have those early morning shows with the big windows. Free advertising all the way. If someone could do that, that would be great.
If I lived in New York guess what sign I would be holding up!!!
I wish I had a T:SCC T-shirt to wear around. But if you do then by all means.
Too bad we don’t have merchandise out yet. I’d bring my cash for an action figure.
Hit up sites that have nothing to do with T:SCC such as Firefly, movies any and all sites.
Flyers on college campuses. Lets face it T:SCC is more interesting then Organic chemistry class.
Come on S3!
Hey Dan, come be a part of our fan based TSCC Video Game production prject!

Has anyone on your staff ever heard of:
The Daily Show with Jon Stewart?
The Colbert Report?
No?
Well, then… get on it!!
There’s more to the talk show circuit besides “The Craig Ferguson Show.”
Summer Glau getting you guys The Colbert BUMP, would put you into the stratosphere with your demo target!!
I’m sure Stephen Colbert would LOVE to make Cameron his:
New Cyborg Friend
To go with his New Black Friend, New Jewish Friend, etc. etc.
Play along with the joke and you’ll go places!!!!
Pardon me! Scratch that!
Stephen Colbert’s New HOT Cyborg Friend!
Oh, and at the risk of sounding misogynistic since you’re looking for anyway to spice up and grab attention to the show, having Summer dress up in that slinky leather number you have posted as big as life on this very board when she does any talk show interviews… maybe even play a bit of Cameron (gotta start with the sunglasses being worn too) to tie the two together.
Summer = Cameron the Terminator = TSCC
Like Arnold = THE Terminator = the Terminator movies
All for fun, but it really would get the word out.
And USE the actual word “Terminator”… actually have it come out of somebody’s mouth at least once or twice on the show and on the talk circuit to describe these cyborg characters.
I know you don’t want to, but it is a HOOK.
And…
Why not reference “Uncle Bob” directly on the show too? Don’t dance around THE BIG GUY, and his special bond with John and even Sarah, and his very special nature (he GOT IT).
Get SPECIFIC!!
It is very important. Very.
This is for Season 3, of course.
If you want to share your love for TSCC with others, you can also review/comment/debate TSCC on other sites: Here’s a non-exhaustive list I put together to get you started:

[shakes angry fist in the air]
HULU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
[big, deep breath]
KEVIN REILLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Too bad Fox’s video quality sucks by comparison, especially in HD, when I have seen clips at a friend’s house with a super fast computer and high speed. High speed internet, ha! In Tokyo, Japan my cousin can get 50 Megabits/sec speeds for about $30 a month, and even faster if he pays more!!!
Yes, the U.S. broadband infrastructure stinks that bad!!
Still, using U.S. quality broadband, online HD is definitely not as good as Blu-ray… as long as you can get 24 bit lossless audio and MPEG-4 AVC or VC-1 encoded 1080p video at up to 40+ Megabits/sec on a disc!!
Note to home theater junkies: The “Orphanage”, “3:10 to Yuma” and “Hellboy II’s” 8 channel surround re-mixes on Blu-ray are JAW DROPPING!!
You should have listened to the fans. We didn’t want Riley, she brings out the worst in John and has reduced Cameron’s presence to mere one liners complaining about her.
Good luck in your future endeavors, to all the cast and crew.
I’m doing what I can at TerminatorSite and the rest of the KryptonSite Network to spread the word, trying to get the fans of those other shows to come on over!
I just bought a fan made t-shirt and promote TSCC pin. The t-shirts look really nice and the pin says “NO FATE BUT WHAT WE MAKE” Fri 8/7c FOX. If you don’t have TSCC shirts you can get them here: http://www.cafepress.com/koadesigns
I was curious. If you buy an iTunes season pass, does that count towards an individual episodes “sales”? Like when iTunes posts their top 5 selling episodes, does that include sales from people who have the season pass?
Adopt a pin! Great idea!!
I’ll get a few and hand ‘em out.
——
Chad,
Riley…Oye vey! Never mention that name in my presence again! LOL!! Oh crap, I just said it myself!
[falls down on knees and shakes two angry fists in the air, and screams to the heavens]
RILEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
[clears throat]
Dang it, I did it again. Excuse me while I go rinse my mouth out with Scope.

[...] A gator in the desert put an intriguing blog post on boosting to successâ [...]
Has anyone ever thought about the fact that the viewer numbers went down partially because people found out that Riley hadn’t bled out on the floor of the bathroom and would be returning for more? Morbid, I know.
Sorry Leven, but it’s too fun kicking Riley around.
Too bad Riley hadn’t been a T like a new and unfamiliar I-950 hybrid model (they’re tougher than they look) that Jesse had reprogrammed by her evil little resistance buddies in the Old Future, or something cool like that, so that Cameron would mistakenly ID her as human, BUT everyone would get a really nasty surprise when the plot was exposed, and Riley was unmasked.
So, when Cameron kicked her pretty blonde butt into Orange County, after the cat fight to end all cat fights, there would be much fan rejoicing?
And Cameron could gloat A LOT and say “I TOLD YOU SO, DIPSTICK!!!” to John every chance she could get?
And we wouldn’t feel so badly that Riley was eliminated?
[big sigh]
damn, its kind of useless if I do anything from the list, cause am from mexico and here we dont get the episodes the same day that gets air, but I didn´t know TSCC had ths ratings trouble,
BUt i know there a lot of people watching the show here on mex, on cable networks or stations that air the series, thoughout latinamerica (one wierd thing is that it isn’t on FOX latino, but rather on The WB channel)
Anyway is there anythingg we (the on US fans) can do to suport the show?
Well, I wrote some original music inspired by the series (the Cameron character, to be specific) and put together some sort of teaser-like thingy using clips from the show. It is my hope that it might help promote it a little. Here’s the link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9jLxx8Ne0Cs&feature=channel_page
Why are you people asking us for OUR help? You’re the writers, it’s YOUR job to write something interesting. So far all you’ve done is write the most boring dribble this season. We ARE the hardcore fans and are bored to tears. We’re watching, you’re not writing. For god’s sakes throw us a bone. The first season was good, the second season is worse than an episode of law and order.
“**Use your creativity! Stage FLASH MOBS and arrange for lots of fans to show up to public places (outside busy stores, wherever the TV news channels may be, etc) decked out in homemade T:SCC shirts, carrying supportive signs. Are you thinking what I’m thinking?
*… rushes off shouting “STORM THE CAPITAL!!!!” and getting yelled at for being up at 4 am…*
Seriously, we’ll infiltrate and make our demands known. We want John Henry to kill people/stuff.
Completely agree with JohnH. Sorry, but for a much-hyped mid-season opener, that was beyond disappointing. I watch online (on whatever link works at the time – I’m in the UK) and frankly I wanted to fast forward.
Poor Lena acted her chops off opposite one-facial-expression chipmunk boy with what little she had to work with, but after all the sad, irony-free Grindhouse-style promotion, it neither delivered anything to appeal to the 14-year-old boys you’re obviously coveting, nor the reasonably intelligent adults who are looking for, oh, I dunno… something that drives the plot onward beyond a snail’s pace. And Chad is right: Riley seems to exist simply for Cameron to complain about (God knows, Summer’s not getting much else to do). Riley’s not even a character fans love to hate: she and her story are simply boring us, and that is far, far worse.
Thank god for Shirley Manson’s rampage and John Henry’s doll playing, which were the only entertaining elements. As JohnH says, throw us a bone. Produce the goods and we’ll watch.
To all foreign fans: Watch the show on Fox on demand!!!!!!!
I was trying to find a way to watch fox on demand outside from the US to boost the rating. You will need an US IP for that. I stepped into Hotspot Shield, which maybe works on a 32 bit system (didnt worked for me). If it works for you, nice. Just download it here: http://www.hotspotshield.com/. Install it and connect and see if it works with fox on demand. Since i have a 64 bit system it didn’t worked, because of driver errors. I also tested it with my notebook and hotspot shield did not work with fox on demand, but it worked fine with hulu and abc. Nice, but useless.
After searching for another solution i have found this: http://insidethebrackets.blogspot.com/2008/12/use-hotspot-shield-in-vista-64-bit-no.html. Basically it creates a VPN connection with an US iphone IP. Takes around 5 minutes to set up and it works just fine. Right now i am watching the current episode. If you want to boost the rating further by watching it again, you have to get another iphone IP and reconnect. I assume fox saves the IP of the viewer and stores them 1:1. For a strange reason i can only watch the show with IE, so if you use firefox and it does not work you might want to try out IE.
Regards,
Chris
I’m linking to the FOD TSCC page from MySpace, Facebook and my blog.
And if anyone has a T-shirt that says “take back the future” and has John Henry’s mug on it instead of the Connors, I’ll be waiting right here.
Dan,
did you REALLY just complain about the US broadband infastrusture??
are you kidding me?
is there anything you will not ramble on about?
also, you DO realize that the alleged blazing speed in Japan is contingent upon both sides having that speed. if the other side is only running at say 20megabits, then what good is 50?
i mean, let’s hope they arent trying to surf on any US sites, otherwise, according to you, the Japanese connection would be dog slow.
i think you should stick to your musical posts.
i dont like them, but at least you arent complaining about something.
sheesh.
i think you would complain about a couple of clouds on a perfectly beautiful sunny day.
then talk to the Sun as if you know better how to shine.
I think the Dollhouse fans should support our show and we should support their show ,
even if you / they dont like the other show, if fans of both shows teamed up we might save both shows??
both shows are 1/2of the scifi block fox wants so if one fails there is no “block”
doll house didnt do as well as expected either, and I think their ratings might drop next week
I will be posting at dollhouse wiki with signature of “watch TSCC on fri nite too”.
jesus you people expect us to rally over BS about three dots? puhlease
I’ll do my best!! We all need a SEASON 3!!!!!!
@JohnH
No one knows what the 3 dots represent yet, so how do you know it’s BS? Friedman and company have proven to be brilliant storytellers, and I bet the 3 dots storyline is going to pay off be the end of the season. Have a little faith. These writers know what they’re doing.
We NEED an edit button on this blog please!
Sadly I live in Canada so my rantings don’t count, but I watch it live anyway. I’m going to buy an iTunes card so I can buy the episodes online but… does it count if I’m buying them from Canada/Canadian store? I actually don’t know how the store works, but I know that sign in codes are different (I once had someone in the states buy me an iTunes card only to find out the codes are different).
I really hope we get a S3. I mean last Friday was the night before Valentines Day and had the movie “Friday the 13th” come out. I’m thinking this Friday should be a little better *fingers crossed*
P.S Logan, I agree.
See how the UK’s Virgin1 advertises for the show:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oWo0NpgK108
Notice a difference? (Other than no Riley).
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oWo0NpgK108
Just air this British TSCC commercial in the US and enjoy instant viewers.
Haha, wow. Sorry. That’ll teach me to submit a reply without refreshing first. Thanks Chad
CHAD!!!
That’s friggin’ AWESOME!!!! LMFAO!!!
If loving a hot robot is wrong… I just don’t want to be right!!
Trouble is on this show, so far, even THAT ad is misleading. There’s been almost NO John/Cameron interaction this season. And no, 1 minute together in the last episode is NOT the good, solid interaction that the fans want, and frankly demand.
And to boxer, if there was nothing to complain about, I wouldn’t be complaining!
I love fluffy clouds in a blue, sunny sky. Aaah! They look like bunnies and unicorns… and does that one look like a “flower power” VW van from the 60’s?? If the van’s a-rockin’, don’t come a-knockin’!!
I’m talking about the infrastructure that is necessary to do VOD at high quality (8 channel, 24 bit surround, no artifacts in a crystal clear picture… did you know they’re working on 4k resolution HD video now? How are they going to fit it into this outdated pipeline??) and all this other magical stuff many companies are dreaming about as one way to get a revenue stream. As is, you’re lucky to get 3-4 Megabits/sec on a good day with most of the broadband connections here in the U.S. We basically have to start from scratch, and YES companies must think ahead to the future. With that you’ll get crap quality. I don’t want that to replace Blu-ray, etc. It would be like the overly compressed Itunes/MP3 music downloads for home theater and that, as an audio/video-phile, would be terrible!
We really need to fiber optic the hell out of the nation. Jobs? Anyone?
This song is for YOU boxer!
That Virgin1 ad gave me an idea!
“She’s Always A Woman” by Billy Joel for Cameron
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kM9-ijq3TI4
She can kill with a smile
She can wound with her eyes
And she can ruin your faith with her casual lies
And she only reveals what she wants you to see
She hides like a child,
But she’s always a woman to me
She can lead you to love
She can take you or leave you
She can ask for the truth
But she’ll never believe
And she’ll take what you give her, as long as it’s free
Yeah, she steals like a thief
But she’s always a woman to me
CHORUS:
Oh–she takes care of herself
She can wait if she wants
She’s ahead of her time
Oh–and she never gives out
And she never gives in
She just changes her mind
And she’ll promise you more
Than the Garden of Eden
Then she’ll carelessly cut you
And laugh while you’re bleedin’
But she’ll bring out the best
And the worst you can be
Blame it all on yourself
Cause she’s always a woman to me
Bridge
CHORUS:
Oh–she takes care of herself
She can wait if she wants
She’s ahead of her time
Oh–and she never gives out
And she never gives in
She just changes her mind
She is frequently kind
And she’s suddenly cruel
She can do as she pleases
She’s nobody’s fool
And she can’t be convicted
She’s earned her degree
And the most she will do
Is throw shadows at you
But she’s always a woman to me
Reading some of these post you guys can be one of a kind fans which is why I come to this blog. Chad that UK’s Virgin1 advertise is bad but amusing never the less. I can see why that won’t fly in America. However, this is also misleading just like the Grindhouse ad with Cameron and Echo together. I’m not a Jameron shipper but even now I want John and Cameron to at least talk to one another more and get more screen time like in S1. John and Cameron in S1 to me resemble a friend relationship then what they have in S2 which is probably why people don’t watch the show.
In no way do I want your show to fail but I think you guys made some pretty massive mistakes about where you took the story. It seems like you made the show as if you planned it as a ten year epic and thus the beginning was SLOW. You took all this time setting the stage for what’s to come, when really you guys probably knew that you would end up canceled. It just seems like a pretty big misuse of the time and production given to you. I wish the show had gone a different way but I will be watching it live and on FOX.com Hopefully you guys can learn from your mistakes and make a great season 3 (and wrapping up the story would be a good idea).
OK, Okay,
I actually am a “shipper” and I also am quite in agreement that many of the ads have PUSHED Cameron, PUSHED John and Cameron, but hardly deliver.
We want *a lot* more of them, in positive interaction, and beyond (hey, I did say I was a shipper, didn’t I?
)
However, when you tease with an ad… MORE action!! Fuego your Fridays! and don’t deliver very much, then you will PISS OFF the casual viewer.
Hey! That’s not what this show is… where’s the remote?
Do YOUR part and we’ll do OURS. Simple really.
OR…
How about a TSCC ad that uses THIS song?? Or better yet… use it on the show itself and have a little fun with the action, etc. Spice it up! Make it wild, once in a blue moon!

I walked forty-seven miles of barbed wire,
I gotta cobra snake for a necktie
A brand new house on the road side,
And it’s a-made out of rattlesnake hide
Gotta band new chimney put on top,
And it’s a-made out of human skulls
Come on take a little walk with me baby,
And tell me who do you love?
Who do you love?
Who do you love?
Around the town I use a rattlesnake whip,
Take it easy baby don’t you give me no lip
Who do you love?
Who do you love?
I’ve got a tombstone hand and a graveyard mind,
I’m just twenty-two and I don’t mind dying
Who do you love?
Yeah, who do you love?
Ah, who do you love?
Now Arlene took a-me by my hand,
She said “Lonesome George you don’t understand,
Whom do you love?”
The night were dark and the sky were blue,
Down the alleyway a house wagon flew
Hit a bump and somebody screamed,
You should’ve heard just what I’d seen
Who do you love?
Who do you love?
Yeah, who do you love?
Ah, who do you love?
Yeah, I’ve got a tombstone hand in a graveyard mind,
Just twenty-two, baby, I don’t mind dying
Snake skin shoes baby put them on your feet,
Got the goodtime music and the Bo Diddley beat
Yeah, who do you love?
Ooo, who do you love?
I walked forty-seven miles of barbed wire,
I gotta cobra snake for a necktie
A brand new house on the road side,
And it’s made out of rattlesnake hide
Gotta band new chimney put on top,

All it takes is 10 minutes and a stamp , folks.
I figured I’d write this as a big fan of the show. However, lately it’s been frustrating me. The overall plot seems to be moving slow, and I’m not seeing enough of the two characters I find most interestimg: Cameron and John.
I know the show is called Sarah Conner Chronicles. During S1 and the very beginning of S2 the show explored what was going on between the two of them and I was glued to my TV. I’d love to see/know more about the “Future John and Cameron” and also for the plot involving the two of them to advance more.
The show’s lately have put the two of them on the back-burner and what the other characters are doing aren’t necessarily moving the overall plot forward. They feel like one-offs that don’t have an impact on the next episodes.
I realize that S2 is almost wrapped up. However, should a S3 be green-lit I really hope to see more of a definitive season story.
Well, the three or so people who read my blog will see it.
And I’ll have to start watching it on fox’s site instead of hulu’s, apparently. Also, one of my coworkers wanted to watch Dollhouse, and saw this on before it, so now he’s hooked.
I would like help but those CRIME BASTARDS at FOX.com won’t let me. When I try to view online I see:
THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN FOX.
THIS EPISODE IS CURRENTLY ONLY AVAILABLE TO VIEWERS LIVING IN THE UNITED STATES.
As Riley recovered from her fake suicide it occurred to me that she is much more interested in Jesse than in John Connor (not that there’s anything wrong with that as they said on an episode of Seinfeld). Leave it to a Fox executive to insist on that kind of relationship. Summer is a violin with tremendous range and you fill episodes with notes on a kazoo. The acting bar for this series has been set so high that any inconsistency is a glaring fault. I’m dubious about Friday Grindhouse but showcase Summer even if it means reruns of Self-Made Man and Alison from Palmdale (an effective strategy).
I watch Terminator every week. I’ve never missed an episode. However, even as a hardcore fan, I have to say that you (the writers, Fox, etc) have really blown it.
The first season was good. Not great, but good. I liked the action, I liked the continuity and I liked the character interaction. What I didn’t care for was the emphasis on “The Turk”. Skynet is supposed to be this huge, impressive military defense system and on the show it’s been reduced to something that a guy built in his spare time out of off-the-shelf parts??? Ok, I know there’s more to it than that, but that’s what it feels like; that Skynet was Andy Good’s science project. Somehow it made it seem much less impressive.
This season, I hate most of the characters with the exception of Cameron, I hate that there’s no continuity between most of the episodes, I hate the whole Riley storyline simply because it’s a huge diversion, and I hate the whole obsession with the 3 dots. No rational person would conclude that they were anything other than a bloody smudge, made by accident. It makes Sarah seem like a loon that she’s attached so much significance to them. If they’re so important, why didn’t he simply write an explanation of what they mean, he certainly had plenty of time to cover the rest of the wall in blood.
Most of the Sarah/John/Derek storylines drag on way too long and the action scenes have been too few and too far between. The last episode was a perfect example of this. The Weaver scenes in the warehouse were great, but to get to them, we had to sit through about 45 minutes of Sarah hallucinating. I know many people liked those parts, but I was bored to tears.
Or take Alpine Fields. Sarah has to protect a family from a terminator. Great! We’ll finally get some action! Right? Nope! Cameron is MIA for almost the entire episode while we get to listen to the family argue with each other. Gee, how exciting…
Earthlings Welcome Here is another example. All the crap with the UFO nut went on for far too long. Why? Why do we need to see scene after scene of some guy hiding out as a woman? You could have gotten the point across in 2-3 scenes rather than take up 3/4 of the episode with them.
Honestly, my favorite episode this season has been Self Made Man for the simple reason that it focused on Cameron for almost the entire episode. Allison from Palmdale doesn’t count since Cameron wasn’t acting like Cameron for most of the episode.
Why is the show called “Terminator…” when you seem to be going out of your way to NOT show terminators, including Cameron? Most people don’t tune in to something with Terminator in the title to seem long stretches of drama. They expect to see machines from the future, disguised as human, kicking butt. Why is this so hard to understand? You obviously think the human storylines are the most compelling, but I’m sorry to say that they’re not. The season premiere was good, and episodes like Mr. Ferguson is Ill Today have been pretty good, but most of the rest just feel like filler.
John is incredibly unlikeable, especially the way most of the situations they’ve gotten into this season have been from his stupidity. “Gee, let’s take a trip down to Mexico where I used to live and where people know my real name. What could possibly go wrong?” Sarah is turning into a real bitch and I really wouldn’t care if she got killed off. Derek spends all his time brooding and for all his supposed concern for John’s future, he doesn’t seem to have any problem lying to them.
The Jesse and Riley storyline I’d like to just disappear. Please let Cameron find out that about them and kill them both. Do you really think it’s clever that neither has named the “her” that Riley is supposed to keep John away from? Considering the fact that both have referred to Cameron as the machine, most people have already figured out that “her” is actually referring to Sarah. Besides, how would they even have gotten sent back in the first place?
Get rid of these storylines and start giving the fans answers about the things they’re really interested in. Like what happened in the basement in Dungeons & Dragons?
Also, as someone else said, you’re wasting the time you have. I think it’s great that you have some grand plan for a 5+ years story arc, but the reality is that you’re dragging the story out so slowly that you’re never going to get to tell the rest of it because the show is going to be cancelled!
Which brings me to my biggest pet peeve; STOP ENDING SEASONS ON A #@!$%*& CLIFFHANGER!!!
Most shows never last to their planned conclusion, which means that the chances are good that the next cliffhanger you write could be the last episode the fans ever see. Speaking as a fan, that royally pisses me off! Write a proper conclusion to the season so that if the show IS cancelled, the fans aren’t left hanging with a plotline that will never be resolved!Look at Buffy the Vampire Slayer; Every season finale wrapped up the major storylines so that if the show had been cancelled, nothing would have been left up in the air. That’s the proper way to write a show.
I’ll keep watching the series, but honestly, the only reasons I’m still watching are for the character of Cameron and the Weaver storyline. I keep hoping that the episodes will pick up, but each one seems to be slower than the last one. Where’s the action? Where are the answers? I really can’t take much more of John bitching about how he can’t have a normal life and then doing something stupid. Or Sarah going psycho on someone because she saw three dots on something. Or Derek sneaking around. I want to see Cameron kicking ass.
How about a Jameron song like this? John and Cameron have hit a rocky patch in their relationship and are slowly coming back to what the fans wanted in the first place (hopefully!!), so this seems like a logical set of lyrics and it’s a great Terminator type song.

throw your arms around me,
there’s no time to be blue,
it’s the end of the world,
let’s talk of deep and meaningful things,
it’s up to you and down to me… what’s goin’ on?
it’s you, me and world war three.
you and me, me and you,
we hurt each other ’cause we gotta get through
we’re ‘a to b’ and back again,
a sort of funky electrocution,
trigger happy, shoot to kill,
what a honeymoon in hell!
our world is spinning helplessly…. what’s goin’ on?
it’s you, me and world war three
you and me, me and you,
we hurt each other ’cause we gotta get through
oh, we hurt each other…. we gotta get through
we’re out there orbiting the planet blue….
i shout, you scream, it’s all so illogical
you bite my tongue…. i blow up in your face
in hateful times…. it’s time for loving
let’s start to dance…. it’s ‘true romance’
you, me and world war three
you, me and world war three
put on that dress you know your
“throwin’ yourself out the window” dress,
i’ll wear my suit, my wedding ring
and together we will sing, “la la la la la la…”
you and me, me and you,
we hurt each other ’cause we gotta get through,
you and me, me and you,
we’re out there orbiting the planet… blue…
…orbiting the planet blue
Interesting, that FOX allows you to watch the show online, thanks for tip. But, thanks to DRM I can’t watch it, while I certainly would like another season. :/
“Thank you for your interest in FOX.
This episode is currently only available to viewers living in the United States.”
it says…
I could use a proxy server inside the US, but that surely would not contribute to viewing pleasure, I guess.

Now that you’ve seen what your words of encouragement have wrought. I hope you’ve learned an important lessson. Give some people an inch, they take a mile.
@Rekrul
I think if you let go of your preconceptions and let the writers tell the story they’re telling, you’d enjoy TSCC much more than you do. It sounds like you obviously want the story to go a certain direction, and the problem is that it’s not unfolding as you had hoped.
You have a right to your opinion, but I couldn’t disagree more with you.
What?? Logan, you don’t like U2 or George Thorogood (even though his Bad to the Bone was in T2)? You don’t like to rock out? Jeez! LOL! At least it’s a break of somesort from our normal discussions every so often.
At the very least you could call me a Skynet Ipod on shuffle play for the workplace…

Rekrul, you make some very good points! TSCC could us a bit more… uhm.. well Terminator! I like eps like ferguson, allison and self made man the best. But I can’t say the other stuff bores me to tears. I was kinda moved when Kyle cried in the last ep, a very good scene.
Could somebody in charge please ban this Dan Hitchman character for spamming.
I am trying to help You, but I can’t do a lot, cose I live in Poland. But I’m watching this series on AXN in Poland (second season now), my mother is watching this too I found it out yesterday xD.
.
I really really really want to see third season
Good Luck!
I notice a megacon convention was coming here to orlando and I heard nothing about T:SCC. If you guys wanna do things to promote the show get on the convention bandwagon cuz I’m sure a lot of us fans would love to see our fav characters.
Have you guys considered an official Twitter feed? I’ve become addicted to Twitter and find it a really handy way to share bite-sized chucks of info (like watch our show, people!).
Twitter, good idea!
All my friends already watch T:SCC at my apartment on friday night (what’s better than pizza, lots of people and Cam on screen!?) but I’ve already sent the word out on my blog and jammed people’s inbox’s with WATCH TERMINATOR ON FRIDAY NIGHT e-mails.. so I’m trying to do my part.
btw for all your haters of last week’s ep, I thought it was refreshing to see Cam stand up to herself and John start thinking about what John Connor of the future would do. That’s the mindset he needs to get into. DITCH THE WHOLE JOHN BAUM COMPLEX!!
Well anyways, I’ll watch on Fox.com from now, good bye hulu!
Fox (as well as other sites) needs to stop this regional IP blocking crap. They want the viewers, don’t they? Are they actively trying to censor?
I know Google (Do No Evil Unless There’s Money Involved) and MS and Cisco actively participate in the practice in places like China, but this must end!!
@Logan
“I think if you let go of your preconceptions and let the writers tell the story they’re telling, you’d enjoy TSCC much more than you do. It sounds like you obviously want the story to go a certain direction, and the problem is that it’s not unfolding as you had hoped.”
Read the comments on the IMDb, or any other site. The episodes with the most action are the most popular. Cameron is a popular character with the fans, especially as she’s the resident TERMINATOR on a show called “Terminator…”, but except for a few exceptions, her role has been reduced to a glorified extra this season.
The number one complaint I see posted is about “emo” John and I have to agree. This is the guy who’s supposed to grow up and save mankind? He’s an idiot! How many times has be almost gotten himself and his family killed this year?
Letting the story unfold slowly is fine, *IF* you have the time to tell it. T:TSCC doesn’t have that time. The extremely slow pace of the show is turning off viewers and the show is most likely going to be cancelled after this season. I don’t so much have a problem with the direction of the show as I do with the fact that entire episodes go by with hardly anything happening to advance the story. Plot points that could be dealt with in 15-30 minutes get stretched into an entire episode and before you know it, the show is over with nothing major having happened.
The whole plot with Sarah hallucinating and having the bullet taken out of her leg could have been skipped or even reduced to a couple scenes with no negative impact on the overall story. In fact, why didn’t the hospital operate and remove the bullet as soon as she was brought in? Shouldn’t that have been standard procedure? Then she could have seen Kyle as she fled the hospital and tried to get home. Dump the whole side story about kidnapping the doctor and the psycho cop, which really added nothing other than needless complication.
People are waiting for John/Sarah/Derek to find out about Jesse/Riley. They’re waiting for someone to find out about Weaver (and live). They’re waiting for Ellison to have some kind of a confrontation with John Henry. They’re also waiting for answers to last season’s questions, like what happened in the basement? Why was Cameron using the same music in her dance practice?
Want to know what’s going to happen? They’re going to build up to some big season finale. Some element of Weaver’s plan will be revealed, a major character will be in peril or presumed dead, many questions will be left unanswered and the episode will end with “To be continued…” The fans will then agonize over the show’s fate for 2-3 months until Fox officially announces its cancellation. The plots will be left unresolved since Fox won’t even have the decency to film a series finale for the show.
I’d love to be wrong, but I’ve seen it happen too many times.

Point taken and seconded.
There are major reasons besides screwy and misleading Fox ads why the numbers are shrinking.
Josh and the writers do need a major electric cattle prod poking because the show does seem to have lost its way.
8 more episodes of teasings and slow progress will only seal the fate of this show.
I hope, I hope that we get MUCH, MORE from now on. Real meat on the bone.
If I do end up buying the Season 2 Blu-ray (only at a decent discount) I will probably have to skip over some episodes because of the wasted opportunities and spinning-their-wheels plots. Yeah, I LIKED focusing on Cameron as a character and her interactions late at night, but to tie into silly stuff like a Terminator in the 20’s who moves NOWHERE as a “person” just to end up trying to kill a mayor for no apparent and hugely important reason. Yawn.
Tense DRAMA and ACTION with pulse pounding, adrenaline fueled ZIP, and episodes chock full of real, solid Jameron scenes (not 2 minutes of the entire episode) are the only hope for this show to GAIN viewers now.
And there MUST be well tied together ANSWERS from Seasons 1 AND 2. Quit with every action taken or alley traveled is a cliffhanger with no connectivity.
Too bad the production has pretty much wrapped.
They should have been more PROACTIVE to the problems mentioned rather than REACTIVE to them.
If there are any fan or sci-fi conventions most allow you to pass out flyers if you ask. Might help spread the word. Fans have done that for other shows as well.
SOCIAL MEDIA is crucial to this shows further success. Promote on Facebook, You Tube, Myspace, etc… Due to the aweome power of Social Media sites, information gets around at an alarming rate. I joined the TTSCC Fan Club on Facebook and it is a start. Every fan with any connection to any social media site should help. I will say it again…This show is the best thing on TV and it would be a shame for it to stop after season 2.
I do hope the creators are talking to FOX about a S3…or talking to WB to allow them to continue in some way, shape or form.
However if you do get a S3 I hope it remains focused on the family and the S1 feel.
I actually hope the back 8 can produce that. Because unfortunately as many have pointed out S2 has been a mess.

I live outside US and to support the show I bought both DVD and Blue Ray for season 1 and sure will do the same when season 2 comes out.
Well, here I am bringing news from Brazil.
On the cable tv, TSCC is airing on Warner Channel, it’s already in second season.
It’s also confirmed that TSCC will air in SBT, one of the biggest (2nd or 3rd) tv channels in Brazil, since it has a contract to exibit all Warner productions. It’ll be named AS CRONICAS DE SARAH CONNOR.
And the 1st season dvd set is already in stores.
I have alreday bought my season 1 dvd set, but not the brazilian’s, but the R1 version from Amazon, because it has a better packaging.
That’s it, I’m doing everything I can to spread the show to people I know, I’m really taking part in this battle.
[...] I want to close by asking you to click the next link from the official TTSCC blog about what you can do to help the show get a renewal for a third season: boosting to success… help! [...]
T:SCC is #1! Always try to watch it live but, do DVR it always. Have the first season on Blu-ray and waiting for season two. I always mention to friends and family that T:SCC is the best show ever. Great to know so many feel as I do about the show.
I’ll try to do my part. This show is so worthy!
As someone on the IMDb message boards posted; Last night’s episode was another nail in the coffin.
I mean, what actually happened? Nothing! They spend the entire episode trying to find out what was going on in that warehouse and what did they learn? Not a damn thing! So they all saw the drone at the end, great. Did they really need an entire episode just to reveal that one plot point? What was the point of the scenes with Weaver and the daughter?
When Cameron said she’d found something in the video archives, I had my fingers crossed hoping that it was footage of Weaver killing all the workers. At least that would have jumpstarted the story a little. Of course I knew I was stupid to expect something cool like that. So what was it? Disposable girl and mother find out that Daddy was a killer. Wow! Is this going to turn into a major plot point where they help the others track him down? Yeah, and pigs just started to fly. Those characters will never appear again, making the whole side-story about them finding out the truth about the guy utterly pointless.
Sarah wasn’t even limping from her bullet wound. There’s continuity for you. Seriously, they could have omitted this episode completely and nobody would have even noticed.
Someone on the IMDb asked if the writers were trying to get this show cancelled. I have to wonder that myself. People here are talking about how all the fans need to help promote the show in order to save it. I’ve got news for you; Even the hardcore fans are starting to get bored with the snail’s pace of the show. People who were huge fans of the first season have been talking about not even bothering with the rest of this season because nothing ever happens anymore!
There were episodes of the first season that I watched several times over the course of the week that they aired. Other than the season premiere, Self Made Man and Mr. Ferguson is Ill Today, I can’t really think of any episodes from this season that I’ve watched more than once.
Someone said that watching the shows from your DVR helps the ratings even if you’re not a Neilson family. If that’s true, I’d be willing to help out, but with episodes like last night’s I’d be more inclined to start the episode playing and then turn off the TV rather than actually watch the whole episode again.
I’ll say it again; When people watch a show with the word “Terminator” in the title, they expect to see terminators!
Lots of commercials, Not to mention product placement of Dodge Ram and Verizon. It means more money for FOX so…hope for S3.
Either on FOX or any other network. I hope the WB stands behind its show.
When the new Terminator film comes out I would love for them to have a T:SCC promo before the film. That way you can jump from film to TV.
FYI House MD this coming Monday has a Terminator reference!!!
Check it out!!! I would love to see T:SCC get a promo during House MD.

Taub makes the remark to Thirteen around the 2:38 mark.
That said someone posted:
“Terminator should be written **around the robot instead of the Mom**, even though I think the woman who plays her is brilliant – it’s just too somber to be entertaining.”
-I agree. Cameron is the reason I watch. Girl power!
Also I came across this very interesting article

100% agree. I would also say add more Cameron and Jameron. I really, really, really hope TSCC can make it to a S3 (either on FOX or some other network.)
I really love this show and I need my weekly Cameron fix.
Write Dodge Ram and Verizon wireless. They do Product placement on the show.
You could go to there website and fill out a few things (a zip code and what type of customer you are.

However this might also work if you have a Verizon wireless cell number.

Writing the network still works (not e-mail, old fashioned letters). If we were provided with the correct mailing address, that would help.
Joe Gartrell I would normally do that via snail mail and you still can.
But I found out with one campaign I worked on that letters by mail we sent were being sent back to us with a request to e-mail our feedback. So I guess that’s why most are just e-mail in there comments.
Two Free forms of advertisement: Post a video on youtube to SOS TSCC.
Also anyone who happens to be in NYC and else where can get to those daytime news windows hold up a TSCC sign.
If you go to conventions they sometimes let you hand out flyers.

DVR, FOX.com and buy the DVD set if you haven’t already. FYI T:SCC S1 is selling very well on amazon.
I am not in US, so I can’t watch movies live on FOX or buy them on Amazon/iTunes or I will do all of those! I am a huge fan of the show and I want it to continue for at least season 10
How can international fans help? May be you can make a separate blog entry on that. I am sure there is a huge number of international fans who will be willing to help you.
This was the first week that terminator was #1 with males so this info is now pure bs now because the recent ratings are proving other wise.Im just lookin at reality everyone and reality is its going to take a mircale to get this show back off of life support.

I am worried that the show will be cancelled. With the death of Derek I have been searching and have come up with bad news. I only that the influence of this fan base can sway the powers that be to not cancell this addicting show.
Go Season 3.
