Donna Tubbs was childhood friends with Cleveland and secretly had a crush on him, but she dated and eventually married her high school sweetheart, Robert Tubbs. With Robert, she had two kids: her now teenage daughter, Roberta, and five-year-old Rallo. While she tries to be a doting wife, Donna is also an independent woman who often pushes Cleveland to realize his true potential and helps him stand up for himself. She also tried to be friends with the wives of Cleveland's friends, but she longed for and wound up hanging out with her single, man-hating friends instead. Donna works as a Principal's Assistant at Stoolbend High, and at one time she starred in the blaxploitation film "Hot Cocoa Bang Bang."
