UCF leads this series 1-0, and the one meeting is worth knowing. On the road in 2024, UCF trailed TCU by 21 points and came back to win 35-34. The only game the two programs have played, and a comeback that stood out even in a UCF season that finished 4-8 after losing eight of its last nine.

The programs had no shared history before realignment. UCF joined the Big 12 in 2023 and TCU has been a member since 2012, so 2024 was the first time they had ever been scheduled against each other. TCU's history runs deeper - founded in 1896, 682-562-57 all time, two claimed national championships in 1935 and 1938, a Heisman winner in Davey O'Brien and a College Football Playoff final appearance in 2022 - but none of it involves UCF.

UCF won the 2026 meeting 21-13 on Sept. 26 at Acrisure Bounce House, moving to 2-0 in a series that began in 2024.
