The College Basketball Crown is a postseason men’s college basketball tournament launched by FOX Sports and AEG. It features eight top NCAA Division I teams from the Big Ten, Big 12, and Big East - that didn’t make the NCAA Tournament. The event follows a single-elimination format and takes place in Las Vegas from April 1–5, 2026. Teams also compete for a $500,000 NIL prize pool, with $50,000 awarded for quarterfinal wins, $100,000 for semifinal victories, and $300,000 going to the tournament champion. All games are available across FOX platforms, including streaming on FOX One.
The 2026 College Basketball Crown takes place from April 1 through April 5, with games played over five days in Las Vegas. The tournament tips off with the quarterfinals and wraps up with the championship game on April 5. The four quarterfinal matchups are played at MGM Grand Garden Arena, while the semifinals and championship take place at T-Mobile Arena.
The 2026 College Basketball Crown features an eight-team field: Baylor, Colorado, Creighton, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Rutgers, Stanford, and West Virginia.
The Nebraska Cornhuskers won the inaugural College Basketball Crown in 2025, defeating UCF 77–66 in the championship game on April 6 in Las Vegas.
