PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The #EmpireStarGivesBack Social Impact Campaign (the “Promotion”) begins on or about September 24, 2018 at approximately 10am Pacific Time and ends on the earlier of December 31, 2018 or when the “Donation Cap” (as defined below) is achieved (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor of this Promotion is Fox Broadcasting Company, located at 10201 West Pico Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90064 (“Sponsor”). Sponsor is supporting arts education by making a donation to the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, which operates arts education programs including Turnaround Arts. When the Promotion begins, Sponsor will post: (i) two (2) call to action (CTA) tweets, one from each of the following Twitter handles: @EmpireFOX and @STAR; and (ii) two (2) CTA Facebook posts, one from each of the following Facebook handles: @EmpireFOX and @STARonFOX. During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will donate two dollars ($2) up to a cap (the “Donation Cap”) of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts each time a participant: (i) tweets on Twitter or posts on Facebook using the hashtags #EmpireStarGivesBack and #Promo (the “Hashtags”); or (ii) retweets a CTA on Twitter or shares a CTA on Facebook. For clarification and the removal of doubt, Sponsor’s donation to the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts will not exceed the Donation Cap even if there are more than twenty-five thousand (25,000) combined tweets, retweets, and Facebook posts (originals or shared CTAs) using the Hashtags during the Promotion Period. Proof of posting your tweet, retweet, or Facebook post is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of the tweet, retweet or Facebook post. Use of the Hashtags constitutes your unconditional consent to these Terms and Conditions. Each participant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the Twitter account or Facebook account identified with the participant’s entry. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Twitter or Facebook.
