We are learning the latest as Hawaii anesthesiologist Gerhardt Konig was convicted of attempted manslaughter based upon extreme mental or emotional disturbance after prosecutors said he tried to kill his wife. The incident centered around an alleged attack that prosecutors say was fueled by suspicions of an affair.
