Catastrophic flash flooding emergency ongoing in Hawaii

Hawaii is experiencing a catastrophic flash flood emergency due to an ongoing Kona Low weather system. Footage shows homes inundated with water and roads washed out in Wailuku and Kona. With the ground already heavily saturated from previous rainfall, authorities warn of potential landslides, mudslides, and debris flows, especially around Honolulu and Pearl Harbor, where another half-foot of rain is expected.
