Slipping and sliding in a grease-covered kitchen

During prep at Borelli's, owner Mark decides to change the fryer oil, resulting in a massive grease spill on the kitchen floor. The staff is forced to use flour and scrapers to try and clean it up as they slip and slide, creating a chaotic and hazardous workspace.
