Pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly is partnering with chipmaker Nvidia to build what they claim will be the most powerful supercomputer ever owned by a drug company. The system, powered by over 1,000 of Nvidia's Blackwell-based GPUs, will be housed in Lilly's Indiana facilities and run entirely on renewable energy. It is set to accelerate the discovery of new medicines, aiding everything from clinical trials to personalized care.
