
Near record-high temperatures across Mid-Atlantic ahead of Easter storms set to sweep East Coast

A quick spring warmup is underway across the eastern U.S., with near-record temperatures expected in parts of the Mid-Atlantic and Ohio Valley Saturday. Washington, D.C., will reach the upper 80s before storms sweep the Eastern Seaboard on the morning of Easter Sunday. Behind the storms, temperatures will plummet back into the 40s across parts of the Northeast Monday.
