RPT: Trump preps for collapse of Cuban government

We are now learning from new reporting from Axios that according to a U.S. official, President Donald Trump is preparing for the possible collapse of Cuba's totalitarian government as early as this summer. This comes as nearly 3 million Cubans experience water supplies dwindling daily because of a severe oil shortage.
