It follows claims by prosecutors that the suspect in the deadly shooting at Florida State University shooting, Phoenix Ikner, communicated with ChatGPT's Chatbot ahead of the shooting. Florida AG's office has asked Open AI and ChatGPT for a series of records, training materials, and policies.
