The man in the suit, played by Josh Charles, arrives at the sheriff's station to check on Sheriff Mark but finds his cell empty. Abigail Spencer also arrives, concerned, and they discover Mark's ringing phone buried under a box of donuts in the cell, adding to the mystery of his whereabouts.
