A Florida woman has filed a lawsuit against FHP after she was wrongfully arrested in connection to a deadly hit-and-run crash and jailed for 13 days. "I will never get over the fact that this happened to me, Lindsey Isaacs said. She said jail was the "worst 13 days of my life." The charges against her were dropped and FHP arrested someone else in connection to the crash.
