Minnesota lawmakers are considering a proposal to allow the supervised medical use of psilocybin, the psychedelic compound found in so-called magic mushrooms, to treat depression, PTSD and addiction. The bill, authored by Rep. Andy Smith, would create a three-year pilot program for up to 1,000 patients.
