Ingredients
- Toasted brioche bun
- 7 ounces 85/15 grass-fed ground beef
- Fresh ground sea salt and black pepper
- Bun-sized piece of romaine lettuce
- Aged gruyere cheese
- Sliced vine tomatoes
- Best D.A.M. sauce (Sriracha mayo)
For the cole slaw
- Julienned cabbage
- Julienned yellow onion
- Julienned carrots
- Mayonnaise
- Red wine vinegar
- Granulated sugar
- Fresh-cracked pepper
Directions
Preparation
Season with salt and pepper, let sit after forming the patties.
While salt and pepper get better acquainted with the ground beef, the brioche bun can be slightly rubbed with sweet cream unsalted butter, and placed face down in a pan.
Mix cole slaw to desired conditions for sweetness and crispness.
Grill the burger to medium rare-medium.
