    A Garde Manger line cook.

    Chicken Parmesan with my mom.

    Seared Black Grouper

  • Any stories of triumph from the kitchen? Disaster?

    I've worked my way up continuously in my career and have achieved nothing less than triumph in the kitchen. I have most recently moved from being a Sous Chef at STK Miami to the Executive Sous Chef of STK Midtown.

  • Who was your first cooking inspiration?

    My mom. In the culinary world, my first inspiration was Chef Farfan, Sous Chef to Radek Carney.
