I got series about cooking when I knew I could make people happy with what I do! I love the attention I attract through my dishes! I've had moments when I got burnt out with the business, but the cooking part of it has always excited me.
I actually almost didn't go to the audition! One of my cooks told me they were looking for chefs for HK and I should go. My wife & daughters always said I had a similar attitude as Chef Ramsay and said I would be fun to watch in the same kitchen!
Working with all the great chefs on the set! The camaraderie, the stress, and of course working with Gordon Ramsay and the whole HELL’S KITCHEN team!
Don't give up! Push forward, keep your head in the game and keep creating! Don't second guess yourself!
Pretty simple. It's fresh pasta with olive oil, crushed tomatoes, fresh basil & butter. Topped w/ fresh ricotta & Ma's Sunday salad all on the same plate!
I have various styles I guess you could say I try to adapt a style based on the demographics and clientele. I try to pull from different influences to create a unique style in all my menus! Be memorable!
Train! Find a great chef, learn and take advantage of what they can teach you. Become a sponge for knowledge and experiment!
