    My first job in a kitchen was working at Keeneland at Turf catering.

  • What is the first dish you ever mastered?

    The first dish I ever mastered was a chicken parmesan sandwich.

  • What is your signature dish?

    My signature dish is rack of lamb with cherry sauce and parsnip puree.

  • Any stories of triumph from the kitchen or workplace? Disaster?

    I have had many triumphs and disasters in the kitchen, but anytime I can take an idea and turn it into a terrific dish is amazing.

  • Who was your first cooking inspiration?

    My first cooking inspiration was my grandmother.
