  • When did you first start getting serious about cooking and why?

I was 18 serving at a high profile restaurant, and one day they asked me to help in the kitchen and I haven't come out since. I fell in love with the instant satisfaction from tasting food. Seeing someone eat my food and have that pleasurable experience makes me continue to cook.

  • Why did you want to be a contestant on Hell’s Kitchen?

I wanted to be a contestant because of the amazing life experience I could have, and maybe learn a thing or two.

  • What was your favorite experience on Hell’s Kitchen?

My favorite experience on HELL’S KITCHEN was getting to know my cast mates.

  • What is the most valuable lesson you learned from Chef Ramsay?

Chef Ramsay taught me culinary techniques that I will always use in the kitchen.

  • What is your favorite dish to cook and why?

I love cooking Magret duck breast. It is heaven. A perfectly cooked duck breast is the best thing in life and a great ratio between fat and meat.
