  • When did you first start getting serious about cooking and why?

    Never. If I take it too seriously, it becomes a job. I cook because of my love for food.

  • Why did you want to be a contestant on Hell’s Kitchen?

    I love to cook, so I thought to myself, “Why not?”

  • What was your favorite experience on Hell’s Kitchen?

    Waking up every morning on HELL’S KITCHEN was the best experience.

  • What is the most valuable lesson you learned from Chef Ramsay?

    Chef Ramsay taught us what not to do to get kicked out of the kitchen.

  • What is your favorite dish to cook and why?

    Risotto. There is just so much you can do with it. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination. Think outside the pan.
