Tawny Cypress is best known for her recent role as “Simone Deveaux” on the series “Heroes.” Her other television credits include “Third Watch,” “Johnny Zero,” “100 Centre Street,” “NYPD Blue,” “Love Monkey,” and “Stella.”

Cypress’ feature film credits include “Autumn in New York” with Richard Gere and Winona Ryder, “Party,” “Bella” and “Black and White.” In addition, Cypress has appeared on stage in productions of “Drowning Euphoria,” “The Session,” “The Tempest” and “Amadeus.”

A native of Point Pleasant, NJ, Cypress currently lives in New York City.
