Elsie can't remember when she didn’t have a flair for cooking. With 3 step-children and 3 of her own, it seems like she is always cooking up something. Overall, the Hell’s Kitchen experience has been a little intimidating, but she has the speed and energy to tough it out. She is excited about the possibility of managing her own restaurant someday.
