    I worked at Boston Market cooking and cutting up the chickens.

    Lasagna. Yum!

    Pan-seared sea bass with a Cee-Cee bean stew.

  • Any stories of triumph from the kitchen or workplace? Disaster?

    Starting off as a busboy and making it through the ranks to become a sous chef with no formal training.

  • Who was your first cooking inspiration?

    My brother. He enjoyed cooking and told me that I was good at it and should give it a try, so I did.
