This sucks big time. T.V. sucks so bad now get rid of all the stupid drama crap and reality shows. They all suck. Bring back the good old sitcoms like married with children. And also with the simpsons fire those damn writers they are ruining a big part of pop culture. The simpsons used to be my all time favorite and now it sucks so bad I don’t care to watch it

I seriously have no idea what you are talking about. This was one of the most anticipated new shows of the season, and was incredibly well done. You can hardly expect a show to be perfect in it’s first season, but this one was pretty close. The writing, the acting, the way they depicted living in the doll house, everything was incredible. This show had me hooked, and this is going to be the role that firmly launches Eliza Dushku to the A list where she belongs, and it has really been long over do. I can not wait for season 2, and will definitely be buying season one on dvd, and not just for the extra episode.

Just saw the unaired episode though it was amazing! I glad I sat through that whole dull season now. If the show continues like the this last ones it’s got my vote.
July 22nd, 2009 at 2:26 am
So… us imaginary EU munchkins aren’t allowed to see this bit? Just like we don’t have a chance at one of those special Comic Con dvd’s? Come on FOX! Europeans are people too. And we love us some Dollhouse.

Dollhouse ROCKS. Period. TSCC was (hopefully) the last dying breath of a franchise who’s only good material came out in the 90’s, and while Serenity may or may not have been better, it is sadly never coming back. This is what Joss Whedon is working on now, and it’s spectacular. Remember, good science fiction doesn’t have to be epic space battles and FTL travel.
July 22nd, 2009 at 10:46 am
By the way, this is NOT an unaired last episode of the season, this was in fact the original pilot, but it was scrapped before it aired because it didn’t focus enough on Echo.
July 23rd, 2009 at 3:15 pm
Awwww…kids are mad because they dont get to see robot people go boom boom and blow things up!

Serenity was the movie, Firefly was the series, know what you are talking about before you comment on here and look like a complete idiot.

I love Dollhouse, Its So Different and was a highly anticipated release, I think its been brilliant in its pilot season, I cant wait for more.
x.

Sarah is not coming back? what a bummer! Ya know, I think I will wait to watch a new series at lease a couple of seasons. That way, I won’t be disappointed if it gets canceled when they are shot into the future by some machine. I like dollhouse, but TSCC was exciting, fast paced, thrilling. Doll doesn’t have any of those qualities. I loved firefly. Come on FOX, give me an adrenaline rush or I will find it somewhere else!
Please don’t drop fringe! If DOLL is going to make it, you will have to step up the story line as well.

well said, my friend. well said.
I really have to say that…of all the good series’ I can think of, this is my favorite. It runs closely with my affinity for BBC’s Top Gear

August 7th, 2009 at 1:16 am
any real fan of terminator will say tscc sucked bigtime and is happy to see it replaced by dollhouse:)
August 7th, 2009 at 2:56 pm
TSCC was a disappointment to the Terminator franchise, and the story was all over the place. Firefly has been dead for a while now, and while I wish it was back, the fact is that it won’t happen. Dollhouse has become my new addiction, right along side Dexter and Weeds. The story in Dollhouse is fantastic, with great twists that aren’t so blatently obvious like in other shows. If season 2 is anything like season 1, I will be hooked for life. Keep up the great work.
August 8th, 2009 at 12:09 am
You know what TSCC & Firefly Were really good shows I agree, But THEY ARE GONE NOW so deal with it if you want to see more of them go out and buy the dvds for them. Besides You obviously thought enough of this show to not only stop by the site, but to post a comment as well, so SHUT THE FACK UP and leave the hostility somewhere else. Might I suggest encyclopediadramatica.com where they diss everything that exsists, including themselves.
August 15th, 2009 at 10:59 am

August 19th, 2009 at 12:03 am
Quit crying babies! TSCC is gone for good reason.
Dollhouse is just a better show and fox you better not flipping cancel it or there’ll be hell to pay! we’ll send Alfa after you and we both know he’s psychotic!!
Ha ha ha, no but seriously stop canceling good shows that make people think like Tru Callings, WTF happens?! what’s with the one good one bad?!
GRRR…. GO Dolls GO!!!!
August 22nd, 2009 at 11:13 am
Dollhouse is a GREAT concept. For the idiots out there who rather canx Dollhouse for TSCC need to remember that the writers for TSCC screwed up the series by trying to turn it into “The X-Files”. It was a great show… wished it stayed on the air, but that’s life. Instead of trying to ruin a good show (Dollhouse) to get a recent show (TSCC) back, how about pointing the blame on the writers BECAUSE THEY ARE THE IDIOTS THAT SOLD US OUT!
August 23rd, 2009 at 6:48 pm
Go Joss Go!!!!!!
I love, love, love dollhouse!!!!
August 23rd, 2009 at 8:42 pm
This weekend Ive watched the first season of Dollhouse, which brought on a great concept of reality, with much anticipation into the
depth and construct of the plot and plot to come.
Though, I am not religious, I do PRAY that Fox reserves the plot of ‘Epitaph One’ to an isolated episode, and does not spread to the second season. The plot that made this show great seemed to veer off from Dollhouse to Terminator. I hope that it does find its way back and soon.
August 29th, 2009 at 8:45 am
Grrrr….Argg….Way to go Joss and company. Hoping that Dollhouse will take off and give us fellow nerds much more seasons. Its been too long since Mutant Enemy could spread there wings.
On a personal note, It wouldnt be Mutant Enemy without James Marsters”spike” or Tom Lenk”andrew” from Buffy. And would it be asking too much for Nathan Fillion”caleb” to make an appearance? I also hope that Felicia Day sticks around for awhile too.
September 2nd, 2009 at 4:41 am
So yeah, awesome show- kind of in love with it. But Episode 13- dear god it sucked. And anyway- anyone else think there are too many loose ends to just jump 10 years into the future?
I don’t comment, but if this changes the way the episodes were going I’m gonna be so pissed off!!!
September 2nd, 2009 at 10:17 am
I have been an avid Josh Whedon fan sinc ehis Buffy days and have enjoyed every series he has created. I was extremely disappointed that Fox cancelled Tru-Callings without the decency to resolve all of the conflicts that were just left hanging.
Dollhouse was another great show and I am expecting an even better season 2 now that Joss has creative control and the “suits” at FOX will leave him alone to wield his magic!

Prime time entertainment in this day and age must be about balance or it never ends up with enough funding to go the distance. Unfortunately for those that are hooked on a genre, funding does not stay around long enough for “insert series here” to last long enough to quench the thirst.
Now, when I say balance, I mean as a whole. The series must play to a greater audience while also be balanced in where the funding is spent. Take a show that spends all its initial capital on cast, then falls short on set, effects and storyline. This is not the case with Dollhouse. The cast, while not exactly A-List, are exceptional actors. Several are still on their way up. This was a smart move, which allowed the creator funds for more realistic and therefore believable sets. The effects budget did not suffer too much from this type of balance.
Eliza was also a wonderful choice for this role, proven time and again from her short stint on the Buffy franchise to Tru Calling (one I thought should have lived a lot longer than it did).
Give this one a chance. It has a lot yet to offer from a prime time series, with Summer Glau signing on for season 2, and keeping the majority of the starting cast (I really hope Miracle Laurie wasn’t completely written off, she was adorable).
September 8th, 2009 at 6:40 am
I am so excited for the second season of the Dollhouse! Been anticipating for the entire summer and now it’s finally going to be back! I’m a big fan of Whedon’s (probably have seen Buffy over and over again for about 5 times), and I feel like this show will be on air for a long time to come.
Bring on the Dollhouse!
September 18th, 2009 at 1:02 pm
dollhouse is a great series and carnt wait for the new eps
but fox shud bring back tscc or sell the rights to some one like sci-fi and give them a chance with it
id love actual war episodes
September 24th, 2009 at 9:56 am
I’m irritated! And I’m the fan who watched every single episode twice when it came out- none of this ignoring it until it went to video. I wrote FOX and kept cajoling for a second season! I’m the fan this show needs by providing ratings points (Hulu) and actively asking for more and for that I get WHAT?
A whole episode I have to pay Fifty bucks to see but won’t understand the new season without. Gee, Thanks Joss and Eliza. Great big finger to your biggest supporters. Not everyone can drop everything and run off to whatever ComicCon is and not all of us have cash to buy DVDs when the cost of survival is through the stratosphere and my husband lost his job.
TV is supposed to be entertainment. Diversion. Much needed at present but apparently Dollhouse require fees to join the Secret Club and get the whole story. Some of us adults have lives and don’t spend a protracted adolescence of fan chat rooms and doll collections that look like TV characters. Apparently we aren’t welcome viewers either.
September 27th, 2009 at 2:39 pm
I bought this series on iTunes and was extremely dissappointed to learn that there’s an extra episode of the season that apparently isn’t included in the series that I bought. I bought this series the same as anyone buying the DVD did and assumed that I was getting the same content. I guess I made an as$ of myself. That said, I do love the show and am happy there will be a second season. I doubt I’ll be buying season two though.
October 2nd, 2009 at 5:12 pm
Sweet. I think i’m gonna buy the season 1 set just so I can see this ep in full, and any behind the scenes stuff. I wonder if the show is going to lead up to this still even though it wasn’t shown. If it does that’d be pretty cool, from what I hear they could do a whole new series off of Epitaph One.
That being said, I can’t wait for tonight’s episode, it’s like the only goo thing on tv on Friday Primetime
October 11th, 2009 at 10:18 am
I’m really loving Dollhouse, I’ve seen the last half of season one and I’ve been watching season two online since I’m never home in time to catch it on TV. I’ve heard the unaired episode 13 wasn’t that great, but I’d still like to see it along with the first half of season one. Why aren’t all the episodes online? I’m willing to watch lots of stupid commercials!
October 31st, 2009 at 11:11 am
Listen, if you don’t underdstand Epitaph, then I suggest you watch it again..it’s not terminator, it’s what can happen when power (like the top people of the dollhouse have) goes unchecked…i think this show is f’n awesome, and those who don’t like it, don’t watch it…Joss Whedon is a genuis…keep up the good work Mr. Whedon!
