Thank you to everyone who participated in last night’s FRINGE Tweet- peat special event!  We’ve read through all the fan feedback.  While many people were thrilled with the opportunity to interact with the FRINGE cast and producers, others felt the on-screen graphics made it difficult to follow the broadcast.  We’ve listened and have used these comments and suggestions to help us make a few adjustments to tonight’s GLEE Tweet-peat special.

Don’t forget that Tweet-peats are unique events for repeat episodes only.

Tonight’s GLEE Tweet-peat will air at 9 PM ET/PT.  During this encore airing of the GLEE pilot, both east and west coast broadcasts will feature LIVE tweeting by the cast.

The cast of the new fall comedy GLEE is hitting the road this summer in search of “Gleeks” at a mall near you! Cast members Cory Monteith, Lea Michele, Amber Riley, Chris Colfer, Jenna Ushkowitz, Kevin McHale, Dianna Agron and Mark Salling will make appearances exclusively at Hot Topic stores in select cities across the country to sign autographs, hold Q&A sessions and give fans a sneak peek at the new season of GLEE. GLEE premieres Wednesday, Sept. 9 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. A special extended director’s cut of the pilot will air Wednesday, Sept. 2 (8:58-10:00 PM ET/PT) with encore episodes airing for three Fridays beginning Sept. 4 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT).

If you’ve ever had to battle the throngs of teenagers waiting at the stage door of the Eugene O’Neill Theatre in NYC, then you know just what Spring Awakening mania is.

Well, we just nabbed the original Wendla herself: Lea Michele has been picked as the self-obsessed “star female singer” in Glee.

This pilot from Ryan Murphy has promised to feature up to four musical numbers per episode, so we’ll get to hear her amazingly beautiful voice (she was recently a fantastic Eponine in the Les Miserables concert at the Hollywood Bowl).

Glee also hit up another Broadway veteran to fill the lead role. Matthew Morrison plays “Will,” a thirty-something Spanish teacher at the Ohio high school who has the daunting task of taking over the school’s glee club, which has become a haven for outcasts.

“Nip/Tuck” creator Ryan Murphy is getting into the “American Idol” spirit with “Glee,” a hourlong comedy set in the cutthroat world of high school glee clubs.

Will is a Spanish teacher at an Ohio high school who has the daunting task of taking over the school’s glee club — the worst in the country — which has become a haven for outcasts. With help from Will and others, the kids build their confidence and gradually transform into winners.

Each episode will feature four musical numbers.
