Makkena was recently seen in the feature film “State of Play,” as well as on the TV series “NCIS,” “The Good Wife,” “Miami Medical” and “Num3ers.”
Makkena gained acclaim playing “Sister Mary Rober” opposite Whoopi Goldberg in the “Sister Act” movies, not to mention series regular roles on comedies “Oliver Beene” and “Listen Up,” opposite Jason Alexander.
Makkena lives in her hometown, New York City.
