Born and raised in Linköping, Sweden, Mercedes Masöhn moved to the United States with her family at the age of 12. She landed her first acting job in “The Break-Up,” in a scene opposite Vince Vaughn.

Since then, she's starred in features such as “Red Sands,” “Quarantine 2: Terminal” and the multi-award festival winner “Three Veils.” Her television credits include “Entourage,” “The Closer,” “Three Rivers” and “Chuck,” as well as playing the female lead in the cable pilot “All Signs of Death,” produced and directed by Alan Ball.

Masöhn lives in Los Angeles with her dog, Wedgie.

Isabel is a beautiful and focused cop-on-the-rise who is using her career in law enforcement to climb to the top of the heap in life. She and Walter have a complicated history thanks to their long-term, on and off “friends-with-benefits” relationship. However much Isabel likes Walter and utilizes him to further her own career, she knows that he may be an impediment to her rise through the ranks. For Walter and Isabel, it’s a constant balancing act between career ambitions and matters of the heart.
