Crazy Stories:

Hazard

Related

So, my parents are doctors and when my triplet sisters and I were little, we got stuck waiting in the hospital. We got hungry and went to the vending machine to make popcorn and got confused with the microwave times. Before we knew it, there was smoke coming from the microwave and all the alarms were going off. In a hospital. Three fire trucks had to come!

Relatives

I live in a 60-year-old manufactured smoke-detectorless, fire hazard, clutterbomb mess of a house with my parents, sister, and our own private zoo. I thought it would be a good idea to get fire protection (in the form of Jiffy POP). It was a good idea because my sister fell asleep while cooking something on the stove and the kitchen caught fire. POP POP extinguisher!

Relatives

My parents had a sense of humor. When my younger sister was born, they told her they had found her under a rock in the desert and they brought her home and she grew into the little girl she was now. When she went to kindergarten the teacher asked where each child had come from. My sister told her what my parents had said. Needless to say, the school requested a meeting.

Real Dumb

Related

Recently, my sister (who is 23) asked me if baby kangaroos are called wombats. After I corrected her, I went to my mom's laughing hysterically. When I told her the story she just sat there looking blank and said "Aren't they?" This is the same sister who believes turn signals are just a courtesy. Oh, and my brother is convinced he win in a fight with a wolf (he's 28).

Crazy Parent

Related

Growing up, we didn't have napkins at the table. Mom would just pass around a dish rag to wipe your face and mouth. It wasn't until my late teens that I realized that other people didn't seem to do this.

Scarred For Life

Related

When I was in the 4th grade, I came home one day with an itchy bump on the side of my face. I showed it to my mom & she told me it was from drinking too much milk(??). Of course it turned out to be chicken pox & I missed school for a week & a half. My sister laughed at my pain daily until she caught it & had to miss the school's carnival day.

Sufferin’ Siblings

My sister was difficult, one of my first memories was her biting me but a particularly bad time was when she was about ten and decided to scale the house with her blankets tied together so she could run away . She then anchored everything down to her bed. my parents luckily stoped her and informed her that if she ran away at this age she would probably become a prostitute.

Scarred For Life

My whole childhood, my dad had me convinced that I didn't like Reese's Cups. He would take them out of my Halloween candy every year. I tried one when I was 13 and discovered that I love Reese's Cups! My dad is a sneaky, manipulative candy thief! Growing up, every time I cried, my older sister and older brother would clap and shout, "She gets an Emmy"! I rarely cry now.

Relatives

When I was little, I used to play "who is going to cry first," my older sister's favorite game. My sister never touched me, but I never won a single game because my sister used mental torture. Worst of all, she is really proud of that.

Babysitter

Related

When I was 7, my sister (14) was able to babysit me. My sister and I went for a bike ride while my older sister was asleep. We put a note on the fridge so she could see. When we returned home, we were locked outside so we decided to climb through a window only to be greeted by 3 cops with their guns pointed at us. My sister had called the cops because we were missing!
