Relatives

Brother and sister shared a room. Mother had to lock door to keep them from escaping. It was a skeleton key and my sister took her little finger and pushed it out. It fell on the floor. She reached under and got it. My mother couldn't get in. She had to call the police and one crawled to the roof to break in. He couldn't find them. They were asleep in the toy box.

LOL Not enough space for the best ones. But a few years ago, my mother decided to move all of her bedroom furniture to our roof. When we returned home and saw neighbors gathered to watch her, we tried to get her to come down. She refused. Cops came, but didn't help much. So we got the hose. It was quite a sight! Quite a shameful moment for me. We have since moved.

My parents got pregnant young. When I was a baby (about one month), my mom accidentally locked me in the car with the heater on. She forgot that the back window was broken out and covered with a trash bag. She freaked out and called the fire department. When they showed up, they laughed in her face because all she had to do was untape the window!

When I was in kindergarten, my mom wanted to know what I would do if I came home and she wasn't there. She went to our neighbor's house, expecting me to go over there, too. However, I called the police crying about my mommy going missing. The police arrived and then yelled at my mother for traumatizing me.

Once during a flood in the neighborhood (where the water was 5 feet so there was no leaving or going), my papa broke our bathroom toilet. He decided to call the POLICE to come fix it.

He expected them to come by in a canoe.

My mom and I were cleaning one day with the windows open. My mom picked up a ball and threw it at me. Soon, cleaning had been abandoned and we were having an all-out dodgeball war, running around and screaming at the top of our lungs. We were having fun until our neighbor frantically knocked on the door. He said that he'd heard us screaming and almost called the police!

I live next door to a family of 4 boys. One summer when I was 5 (they were 4,3,1 and 1), their mom called my mom asking if we had seen the 2 year old recently. We hadn't. We ended up calling the police who searched our houses and the whole block. Just as the police were getting worried, they looked out back and saw the 2 year old asleep, face down and naked in the sandbox.

Eldest of 4, It was Easter I was about 10. My parents were going out with family and hush hush asked me along so my brothers did not know. I slipped out and had a lovely evening at a club. I stayed the weekend at my nan's house. When i returned home my friends were keen to inform me that a massive search party was out for me. I thought the babysitter knew oops

My Great Grandfather, age 93, was convicted of murder. He had been standing in line at the rest home getting ready to receive his dinner. A woman with a walker cut in front of him. He was so irritated, he used his cane and shoved her out of the way. She had a heart attack and died on the spot. He was sentenced to "life in prison".....

With our new chain link fence up, I felt confident leaving my 2 tots to play in the yard while I did dishes. 15 min. later, I found my 2 yr old missing. Just then my doorbell rang. I ran to the front door to find my son in the arms of our local police officer. He said my son was sitting on the street curb, throwing rocks as he drove by. He mastered the fence first try!
