Crazy Stories:

Hazard

Related

One time we had a family BBQ. My father talked all the women into riding my go-cart (Mom, her mother & sister). During the ride, they each laughed so hard they peed their pants! Grandma was last & was laughing so hard she could not stop the go-cart. My brother & I were dragged around the yard while holding onto the seat back until my Dad could jump in front & stop her.

I remember going to DC with the family a few years ago. We went to Arlington Cemetery one day. As we were leaving, there was a lot of traffic on the way out. Not trying to be funny, my mom commented, "It's like people are dying to get in here." She didn't notice her unintentional pun until the rest of the car was laughing hysterically for a minute or two.

Property Damage

Related

During Winter Break, my family and I went to Arizona. We were in a racing car fair. I started to drive and had reached full speed when my cousins told me to stop. "You have to stop!" I didn't stop ... I shocked a lady because I was 8 years old!

Hazard

My family was in a cooking section at a store. They had these little knives with loops to hold them. I was five at the time. I was swinging it around and cut my thumb. My Mom asked for a Band-Aid because I was bleeding but the manager would not give us one. My Mom took me into the bathroom and used some paper towels. Then we left the store. The end.

Relatives

As a kid, we used to have these big parties with almost the whole neighborhood. My good friend's grandparents came to visit. We ran to the bathroom and stuck extra large cotton balls up our noses, and as we walked past them, they looked at us like we had brain damage or something!

Family Outing

Related

My dad is a big guy. One time, we went shopping at the big and tall store. The clerk kept handing him different things. He kept saying, "You're a size 38 portly, right?" My father cannot hear well and thought he was saying "porky" instead of "portly." Needless to say, his anger grew. After a while, he snapped and said, "Listen here, if you call me porky one more time...."

When I was three, I pooped in a Home Depot display toilet. Six years later when my sister was 4, she did the same thing. Let's just say Home Depot doesn't like us!

Scarred For Life

Related

When my brother and I were little, my uncle would visit and we'd all sit at the pool in our apartment complex. He refused to listen to my mom about us not being able to swim, and one day, when my mom went inside for something, he threw my brother into the deep end expecting him to doggy paddle instead of sink. We still wont let him around us near pools!!

School

When we were little, my uncle would take my cousin and me to school and he would ask us, "Hey, do you guys want some donuts?" We would shout YES! and before you knew it, we would go flying around all over the car because he meant "car donuts" (spin his Camaro 'round and 'round). He did this to us for a few years before we learned our lesson and stopped saying yes!

Real Dumb

Related

My folks had a friend who worked at a thrift store. We would shop for 2 hours or so. We were so confused as kids, because we would then just walk away after putting the carts in a corner. We would later return at around midnight & the stuff would be in trash bags outside of the building. We would leave a $20 dollar bill under a rock. Now that's what I call being thrifty!
