Hoisin Duck with Roasted Daikon Puree and Crispy Bamboo Rice

Ingredients

For the duck

  • Six 6-ounce boneless duck breasts

Directions

To make the duck

  1. Season the duck breasts with salt and pepper. Place the duck breasts, skin side down, in a heavy large skillet then set the skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 6 minutes.
