"Block Party" Original Air Date 1/04/04

So evidently, every holiday when our family goes on vacation, the entire neighborhood throws this HUGE block party. Actually, it’s the 5th annual block party. My family is cursed. Everyone hates us! Are we really that bad?

I decided to change our family’s image in the neighborhood. So I helped one of our neighbors pack up stuff in his garage. Unfortunately I didn’t realize the guy was robbing the house. So much for image change.

Then something happened. I broke down crying in front of the neighbors. So the neighbors started to feel bad. When a cop came over to make sure everything was alright, I told him about the robbery. But when I started describing the contents of the robbery, I realized that my neighbor was forging stock certificates. So I got them inadvertently arrested. Of course the silver lining was that I didn’t care as much about what they thought.

I went back to the fair and noticed that Mom and Dad were engaged in a kielbasa eat off. The whole neighborhood was cheering for them as they ate the thing together, Lady and the Tramp style. Everyone cheered. The neighbors started to like us. Of course with no hate to spew our way, they all started fighting with each other and somehow we managed to ruin yet another occasion. Eh, at least the spotlight was off us for a change.
