      • When Leone's owner, Rose, went into a coma, her son Michael stepped in to run the restaurant.  The staff has watched him run his mother's restaurant into the ground.
      • Michael thinks the decor is what is turning people off, but the staff thinks it is the management and the food.  Chef Ramsay had the staff make one of everything on the 15 page long menu.  There are obviously too many dishes for them to handle and none are appetizing.
      • Gordon has a hard time digesting what he sees in the kitchen.  Raw food is stored with cooked food, dishes are heated in the microwave, and unidentifiable rotten meat products fill the fridge.

      • After speaking to both brothers and their wives, Chef Ramsay finds out that a recovering Anthony has returned and wants to forget about the past. Unfortunately, Frank won't take responsibility for giving up and places all the blame on his brother.
