When Hank accidentally lifts another man's wallet, the man becomes bent out of shape and vows revenge. Hank, Bill and Boomhauer try to return the wallet to his home and the man decides to chase the guys all the way to the new sports bar where Dale works. The man is apprehended by Officer Brown (Fred Willard) at the restaurant, and the men of Arlen are safe. Meanwhile, Bobby is falsely accused of a crime at school, and as a punishment, he is assigned to follow Officer Brown around town.
