It’s career week at Bobby’s school and Hank has him earmarked for shadowing him at Strickland Propane. Caught up during sign up, Bobby gets stuck picking up poo, but learns very valuable business lessons from the company owner on how to pick what business to start that will be lucrative. Unimpressed with the line of work, Hank tries to teach Bobby that it’s not just the job and money that is important but also the respect earned from doing that job.
