what country living is all about. Hank is the most excited about
making the journey. He has waited 20 years to be out in the plains
passing time with rugged, hard-working, self-reliant folks. When
they arrive in Montana, Hank is ready to rent a beat-up pick-up
truck and head for the hills, but all that is left is a bright
and shiny Land Rover; now he’s sure to be a laughing stock
of the country boys. Peggy discovers that rebuilding a relationship
with her mother is almost impossible, but she’s determined
to try and make her mom proud. When Peggy discovers that her mother’s
farm must be sold do to Hollywood movie stars coming to town, buying
land and raising property taxes, she makes her best attempt to
save her family’s land. When Peggy finds a loophole in article
32 of the Osage County Charter she is able to save her mother’s
farm. Although she gets the farm back for her family, she never
gets her mother’s approval, proving that some things will
never change.
