Another New Yorker who isn't hurting for confidence, Keith worked in the Hamptons in the summers and the Caribbean in the winters. He claims that Key West was renamed Keith West after he spent time working there, but that is yet to be validated. In his words, he was "cheffin,'" then got promoted up to the "big boss." He'll tell you his food is "slammin'" and he loves "cookin,'" although it would seem he doesn't have much love for English. He's worked for stern chefs before, but never one that he respected like Chef Ramsay. If Chef Ramsay says it, Keith will listen.
