Jimmy has had an interest in the restaurant business since he was 14 years old. He brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm to the table as well as a love of cooking. He believes that working under Ramsay is going to be tough but rewarding, and a great learning experience. Ultimately, he wants to be a restaurant owner and caterer and is very much looking forward to learning how to make more dishes.
