    My Mom’s Sunday gravy.

    Eggplant involtini with spicy red pepper emulsion and petite arugula salad.

  • Any stories of triumph from the kitchen or workplace? Disaster?

    Every kitchen that I have ever worked in, I have become the lead cook within six months of being there. Every disaster that I have had in my career, I have ALWAYS come out on top.

  • Who was your first cooking inspiration?

    My first cooking inspiration was my father. He is a retired chef, so I am following in his footsteps.
