I first became serious about cooking at the age of 23 when I started working at an Italian restaurant. The customers were so excited about the food, and I loved to see people eat and enjoy themselves.
I wanted to be on HELL’S KITCHEN because I respect Chef Ramsay for all his great work and wanted to see if I could work in that crazy hot kitchen.
My favorite experience on HELL’S KITCHEN was meeting my cast mates and working with the HELL’S KITCHEN team. It was the best experience in my life.
The most valuable lesson was learning how to cook with other contestants right in your face in that hot kitchen.. As Chef Ramsay said, "Too many cooks on one station!"
My favorite dish is anything Italian. Cooking Italian dishes are so fun! They are fresh, colorful, sexy and delicious. What person doesn’t like Italian food? I get so excited watching people eat fresh pasta. You can cook anything with pasta, seafood, veggies, meats and even chocolate!
My most surprising secret about my cooking style is less is more. Turn up the classic rock and let me cook!
