    I started up family Italian restaurant, Stuzzi, in Richmond, VA. Within our first year, we were voted the #1 restaurant in our category in two publications, "Richmond Magazine" and "Style Weekly Newspaper".

  • Who was your first cooking inspiration?

    Of course my grandparents, but also my mom because she created the most crazy dishes out of nothing. And my dad for the Sunday gravy, which we still make today.
