Oh really?!? Thomas Dekker and Summer Glau are nominated? Well well well, isn’t THIS a surprise! Maybe you should thought twice before cancelling the show.
June 19th, 2009 at 12:26 pm
Saturn Awards:
Thomas - nominated
Glau - nominated
Headey - nominated
The Series (TSCC of course) - nominated
Teen Choice Awards:
Thomas - nominated
Glau - nominated
The Series - nominated
Portal Awards:
Thomas - nominated
Glau - nominated
TSCC was high quality show but it had low ratings. It deserved a final season or closer film.
I hate so much FOX. I hate you.
Anyway… I hope Glau and Dekker will won. They deserve it!

Bring back Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles!
(The ONLY reason I watched any episodes of Dollhouse
was because of having the lead-in - I will no longer watch
it without seeing T:TSCC first. I am also going to stop buying products advertised on your network.
June 19th, 2009 at 2:10 pm
YEAH FOX…. … TSCC IS IN THERE…
AND YOU´VE CANCELLED THE SHOW….
NOW, YOU SEE THAT TSCC WILL ALWAYS A GREAT SHOW????..
ITS UP TO YOU FOX,.. YOU´VE CANCELLED TSCC.. YOU´RE DEAD…
June 19th, 2009 at 5:08 pm
I forsee the future reaching out to abuse you for your lack of vision. Either a sensible network (SciFi) is going to give you the Stargate treatment and buy TSCC for their own development and cram 8 (+5) additional seasons in your faces, or you will recieve the Whedon/Serenity treatment from Friedman and the saga will be continued on the big screen, without you. (Or BOTH).
There is NO FATE but what WE make for ourselves.
There is still time to undo your mistake, and resume production of an excellent, acclaimed, and in demand series. Stop repeating the same lapses in judgment over and over again. You are killing the shows that people love, and it will cost you viewers. It should cost you your jobs. It may cost you your studio. Do not go down this dark path again.
June 19th, 2009 at 8:41 pm
Another thought… maybe you should blog about the Teen Choice Awards? I noticed Glau and Dekker are nominated there too, as well as the show itself. Aren’t the results aired on FOX?
June 20th, 2009 at 12:59 am
Oh, Summer and Thomas are nominated? Maybe you should have thought through cancelling the show? I see that the E!Online polls say that Summer will be missed the most. And that’s competing against Lost and all other people…
June 20th, 2009 at 11:29 pm
Hey FOX -
You know why the sexy robot action show got some acting nominations? Because it was never the sexy robot action show, you nitwits. The Sarah Connor Chronicles is complex serialized drama, not Terminator of the week with T&A and guns. It was brilliantly written, and the performances were outstanding all around.
You could’ve paired it with Bones. You should’ve paired it with Fringe. So many sane choices you could’ve made to build an audience after your creative meddling had chipped away at it. But what did you do? FRIDAY NIGHT DEATH SLOT. Awesome.
You’ll just never learn, will you?
June 21st, 2009 at 12:26 am
There are 13 nominations in the Tubeys and 3 nominations in the Teen Choice awards.
You never gave it a chance, there are still people finding TSCC and loving it but they never heard about it from Fox when it was on or they didn’t try it because they thought it was only about action and hard bodies. Moving it to Friday night forced a large part of it’s audience to DVR, videotape or online viewing.
June 21st, 2009 at 12:30 am
Hi Fox,
I will not complain about you cancelling the show.
I still encourage you to take it back. Never too late, it’s up to you to you. The audience is waiting.
Else, another network is likely to get it back… and will make no appologies for stealing your devoted audience.
Regards,
m_33

The Future On Fox doesn’t look particularly entertaining. Which is a problem when it is a part of Fox Entertainment.
Just saying…

“TERMINATOR: THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES - Summer Glau for Best Supporting Actress and Thomas Dekker for Best Young Actor.”
Good job canceling it then… not.
June 21st, 2009 at 5:51 am
o future on fo for me. stopped watching FOX since they cancelled TSCC
Hope the decision makers fall down a hole
June 21st, 2009 at 8:53 am
Yep you messed up pretty bad by canceling Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles… hope you won’t do the same thing with Dollhouse. But there’s a lesson to learn from that… ADVERTISE YOUR SHOWS. You’ve put so much money in Terminator, but you barely advertised it… even when it was on Monday night. A lot of people did not even know that this show existed. i don’t get it cause you could have done the same thing that you did with glee… No wonder all your shows end up being canceled if you don’t know how to do your work. And when you moved it to Friday what did you do? You made ONE commercial… and it didn,t get it’s own, nooo it was paired with Dollhouse and you passed the commercial like two or three times a week, a lot of people didn’t know it moves on Fridays, i never would have known if i didn’t look on your website… yep FOX’s future looks dark from where i am.
June 21st, 2009 at 12:00 pm
Great for Summer and Thomas. Also… I’ve got a question Fox… Why’d you cancel TSCC? Seriously. It was a great show and the public is still finding out about it. Here’s hoping they win the awards because A) they deserve and B) Fox will look like a bunch of idiots.
Have a nice day.
June 21st, 2009 at 1:16 pm
Hello Fox,
I am so upset that this show was cancelled. I too didn’t understand why the show kept moving around so much intil settling on Fridays. You took a fantastic show and tried to hide it and burned it. I ended up waching it on online/tapping it on fridays. I got my whole family watching. I’m happy the show got nominated for lots of awards it deserves to be reconized for the great work that it is but too bad fox didn’t give it it props. Did I mention that I am PISSED about the show being cancelled. I probably will not watch any show on FOX save FRINGE intil they cancel that too. That’s why it just ends in heartache to watch FOX network shows because they are bound to cancel all the good ones and keep the terribe ones’. Just so we are clear PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! about the cancellation of SCC.
June 21st, 2009 at 7:16 pm
so much love for Terminator:SCC but yet fox couldn’t see that. I agree with SamG not looking forward to Fox this year…without TSCC its not worth my time watching.
June 21st, 2009 at 7:57 pm
TSCC was the best show on your hands FOX, all these nominations and fan support for a quality show, should say something.
June 21st, 2009 at 8:45 pm
Quote from the Firefly article on Wikipedia, slightly edited by yours truly:
The Onion A.V. Club cied several actions by the FOX network that contributed to the show’s failiure, most notably airing the episodes out of sequence… In addition, Firefly was PROMOTED AS AN ACTION-COMEDY RATHER THAN THE MORE SERIOUS CHARACTER STUDY IT WAS INTENDED TO BE, and the showbiz trade paper Variety noted FOX’S DESICION TO OCCASIONALLY PREEMPT THE SHOW FOR SPORTING EVENTS.
Have you learned nothing?
June 21st, 2009 at 9:02 pm
Future on FOX? Not for me.
Without TSCC, I have no reason to tune into your network.
Bye!
June 21st, 2009 at 9:53 pm
Good for Summer and Thomas, but no Lena? And if the vastly superior TSCC isn’t nominated for best show while Dollhouse and Fringe are then aren’t these awards a bit fraudulent anyway? And Eliza, who I like, is in the same acting category with Summer Glau? Um, sorry but Eliza isn’t in the same galaxy acting-wise as Summer.
Number of shows I used to watch on Fox = 3.
After TSCC cancellation = ZERO.
In the future = ZERO.
June 22nd, 2009 at 1:33 am
me too! bring back TSCC and FOX will have a future again.
June 22nd, 2009 at 3:53 am
I can only agree with those above. TSCC was never given a chance despite what Fox said about the reasons for the cancellation. I have never emotionally committed so much to a show - mainly because I’ve never got so much out of one before. I can honestly say that I think TSCC was some of the best written television of my lifetime.
Surely with the commitment that’s still there from the fans, and the critical acclaim the show is still receiving, it’s time for Fox to now admit that it’s the cancellation that should be cancelled, not the show.
June 22nd, 2009 at 5:47 am
YAY for Summer and Thomas. I hope they win because they deserve it!
June 22nd, 2009 at 7:01 am
Wow, over a month later and still every comment is about TSCC. That should say something, shouldn’t it? You blew it, FOX. Big time.
June 22nd, 2009 at 10:29 am
To the TPTB at Fox:
You and WB struck a deal with the devil to use TSCC as advertising for Salvation. Well, it backfired because Josh Friedman created a wonderfully mesmerizing show with characters that a whole lot of people care about. When we, the fans, vote for TSCC on ANY poll; we are NOT supporting you — we are showing our LOVE for TSCC!
June 22nd, 2009 at 10:40 am
Wow, Thomas Dekker and Summer Glau were nominated that’s awsome. MAYBE FOX SHOULD NEVER HAVE CANCELLED THE SHOW!!!!
BRING BACK TSCC!!!
June 22nd, 2009 at 10:56 am
Future on Fox? After cancelling TSCC? Yeah, about that, no. Fox is dead to me. You had one of the best written shows to ever grace your channel, and you’ve gone and air it on Friday night death slot. What were you expecting? 10 million viewers? On that slot? Seriously, I gave you guys another chance after cancelling Firefly, and now you’ve cancelled this show too. Good luck roting people’s brains with reality Tv shows.
Goodbye
June 22nd, 2009 at 10:57 am
OH REALLY.
TFB you cancelled Terminator: the Sarah Connor Chronicles.
Idiot Fox
June 22nd, 2009 at 11:23 am
I would give TSCC even more nominations and I’m not a sci-fi fan.
Just re-watched season two.
Brilliant cast, writing and directing. Almost big screen quality and the stories with some things worth to think about.
It’s a pity that FOX couldn’t sell it to the audience.
June 22nd, 2009 at 11:25 am
Bring back Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles! A bunch of people I know just got into the show. A season and a half wasn’t enough. Come on FOX, bring it back.
June 22nd, 2009 at 11:45 am
16 more new nominations for TSCC in the Tubeys! http://www.televisionwithoutpity.com/tubeys/nominees.php
June 22nd, 2009 at 12:32 pm
Fox you are complete retards, you fill your schedule with reality rubbish and cancel every good scripted show you get, with the exception of House MD……Oh didn’t Sky just steal that away………….yes I think they did *sniggers*. Now there is absolutely no reason for anyone to tune into Fox at all………you won’t be missed.
June 22nd, 2009 at 1:37 pm
If you can “see through the portal,” why did you cancel TSCC? I don’t understand.
June 22nd, 2009 at 2:10 pm
glad to see TSCC nominated

I’m also glad to see Summer Glau and Thomas Dekker nominated. It’s such a shame that TSCC got canceled. It was like the only show I watched on television. Bring back TSCC FOX!!
June 27th, 2009 at 9:44 pm
I sincerely hope FOX Television sees the response for cancelling TSCC for what it really is, exactly what you want for the advertisers, motivated, intelligent, and devoted to the show, and sees these award nominations (perhaps even wins) as a wake up call to recall our show and apologize to us for cancelling it in the first place.
Because in my opinion, we deserve an apology from them. They put a show on the air, let us watch it, then when it is at its creative best with one of the fest cliff-hangers I’ve seen since (this dates me) the “Who shot JR” season of Dallas. Now mind you I didn’t watch that show much, but I remember how big of an event it was.
John is in the future, Mom is in the past, Derek is dead, Cameron is now in a computer system, John Henry (Metal) is somehow connected to John’s success. So much great setup on the part of the writers, just wasted. It just makes me sick to think about it.
I can’t think about this anymore right now. I want to get off the FOX website anyway. I don’t like it here anymore.

TSCC up to #4 this week in the TV Fandex 100

Hi Fox, I couldn’t agree more with what was said above. To your credit, you brought along Firefly and TSCC, some of the most rich, visionary and entertaining shows of all time, just to thwart them as they were picking up speed. How do you expect producers, artists and performers to get involved when all they can look for is sudden terimnation ? How do you expect fans to get into one of your future shows when all we have to look for is, again, a brilliant book with half the missing pages ? What is your evaluation of the frustration we fans feel about your botched management of WHAT WE LIKE ? Isn’t getting an audience your real trade ? Get your act together, Fox people, and give yourself a chance….
July 23rd, 2009 at 1:15 pm
Dont cancell terminator !!!
A serie is not only the audience from tv in one country, is the all fans of all the world, from tv, dvd´s and internet.
If her audience in tv is not good, play it online with advertisment and think if you(fox) gain enough money from the advertisment from online plays, tv plays, and product placement(this is in the serie always, in tv, internet or dvd)
A good serie with drama and action, no the tipical comedy o kids/teenangers-oriented series
In the season end, all is perfect for the writters:
what happen with cameron?
is she also in the chip with JH? or is she in the JH´s old system?
If she is in the JH´s old system, can sarah gets a t888´s chip and download cameron´s “files, memory, feelings ” to it and reactivate the john´s cameron?
Can john recover she?
Is cameron died and john must have acept it and continue with his life?
what happen with john in the future?
he found JH(Cromarty body with Cameron chip) and go back to the past with it(the chip) to reactivate cameron?
Can john return to the past?
He must fight in the future war without cameron, and without sarah, and not being John Connor The Leader of the resistance?
Is john can be fine with alysson(the aspect of Cameron, but is not she. This must be really hard to him)?
Would Derek and Kyle trust John?
Who send weaver? JH int he future?
how was created JH the first time?
What does sarah and ellison in the past now?
Is sarah really ill?
A lot of questions without response…
bring it back for us !! The Fans !!
A spanish fan of the serie.

tscc has terminator in the name but like any tv version of a franchise has nothing to do with the actually product that is based on…..they didnt follow the storyline of said movies so it lost its appeal to true fans of terminator.

Though this post is late and all, I do have one thing to say, that the ratings that FOX and many stations use is an out dated setup, and is highly inaccurate and does not register all that view its shows, the Nielsen ratings don’t count for the many that do watch a show now, because FOX chose to move TSCC around on the lineup the way they did, most of the fans either had to set dvr’s or dvd recorders to view the show, if they had them, or check out online content to get caught up on the episodes, because putting the show on Fridays was really a dumb idea, because many people go out on the weekends, starting with Friday Night, so they probably set up some way to either record or go to where they can watch the up to date episodes the following day or later that night when they got home, the Nielsen system doesn’t take that into consideration, I know I used to be on the ratings system, and with the false readings that were going on, I got out of it. Other people have come up with a better way to rate shows and have gave them in examples in here, but will FOX learn from their mistakes and keep good shows, probably not, other than TSCC there are only a few shows I have watched on FOX, they are: Fringe, Bones, Dollhouse, and since the cancellation of TSCC I am not watching these other shows I like anymore, because I am Boycotting FOX for their bad taste and judgement, on what they did keep and what they are bringing in, some of the new shows seem like they are going to be flops from the start. With that said, I am done with FOX, they got me when they canceled Firefly, and when they dumped Stargate SG1, which got picked up on SyFy and made a nice long run, hopefully TSCC can get the same boost from them too. Later Fox, and Goodbye and Good Riddance.
September 17th, 2009 at 7:57 pm
I’m very dissappointed in TSCC being cancelled … I’ve been looking forward to the next episode since last year’s great finale. I started watching Dollhouse because of TSCC to. Because of the “great” Friday timeslot, I usually watched the episodes online … did you pay attention to how many watched online FOX? Bummed … really now reason to watch FOX now. Hasta La Vista, Baby!
October 27th, 2009 at 12:02 am
I unfortunately work second shift so always miss the new shows. TSCC was the only show on fox I watched at all any time I could. I bought the DVD s as soon as they came out. Now with the show being canceled I looked at some of the shows that were kept, and spend a week wishing horrific things upon everyone at fox. Hells kitchen has enough of a following to be kept?? I turn the channel if I simply see an advertisement for that one. That guy makes me sick!!! I can tell from the shows remaining on fox that I am no longer encouraged to watch that channel. I have no problem with that.
November 10th, 2009 at 3:30 pm
