Spotted: Crossing the WB lot in full costume, the other John Connor, Christian Bale. Here filming his take on the character (for the upcoming Terminator Salvation film) on one of the stages. No random run-ins with our John Connor, Thomas, who is also shooting on the lot today. That might result in a paradox of epic proportions…

Just a fun coincidence.

So, what do you think?

A few days late, but here it is, fresh and live — the new Terminator Blog! We wanted to go a little more killer cyborg and make sure it’s up to par with the great effort you guys are putting in to the comments sections. But what do you guys think? Fun? A little too much? Let us know!

And here’s to continued growth around here…

Hide your bananas, there’s a monkey on set this morning!

Okay, we aren’t doing another very special robot-befriends-monkey-episode, but we do have an animal trainer here for other purposes and she brought along her monkey, Shaina! It seems this Capuchin monkey is even an actress extraordinaire, appearing in numerous films and TV shows. I managed to snap a quick shot of it out and about, but beware it’s pretty awesome. And you already know no work’s getting done with her around… especially around animal lover Lena Headey…

happy one-year anniversary to us!

That’s right, we premiered exactly one year ago yesterday — Sunday, January 13, 2008!

And now twenty-two episodes in, look how far away from that pilot episode we are. Surely you didn’t expect Shirley Manson to pop up as a liquid Terminator? Or Brian Austin Green as Kyle Reese’s brother? James Ellison to leave the FBI and work for a machine? Well, we’re still only near the beginning of our story.

For a very cool one-year anniversary special, we’re going to give you one exclusive, extra spoilery tidbit. You might remember that at last summer’s Comic-Con, Executive Producer John Wirth announced that one of our characters would not live to see the season’s end. And as you know, the Connor rid the world of Garret Dillahunt’s Cromartie back in Mr. Ferguson is Ill Today.

But that is not the big death JW was referring to…

in character.

how we spent our winter break.

It wasn’t all eggnog and champagne flutes for us over the holiday break — we were also busy at work!

Production officially returned this past Wednesday, with a three day shoot on a brand new set that takes up an entire stage. While writer Toni Graphia slaves over her first draft of episode twenty (yes, already!), the rest of the writers are still perfecting the rest of the season.

Of course you remember that we’re back FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 13th (with our new nightly pal, Dollhouse), picking up with our fourteenth episode The Good Wound.

And did you get to check out our first T-Vision Video Podcast earlier today? You should.

More to come. It’s good to be back.

The real Sarah Connor’s not all doom and gloom. Our lovely lead Lena recently showcased her comedic chops on Will Ferrell’s successful website, Funny or Die. Watch her try and make a special donation.

Beware: adult audience only, please — contains some mature language!

Happy returns to everyone out there! It’s the big 2009, otherwise known as the year of Sarah Connor! We’ve got big things planned, but first things first — a little business.

In anticipation of our big return (FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 13 — 8PM/7PMc on FOX), we’re changing things up. On Monday you’ll notice the new, slick redesign of this site — but the interactive content will remain consistently the same. And as promised, we’re not leaving you in the lurch over this hiatus.

We’re all very pleased to announce the launch of the official TERMINATOR: THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES T-Vision Video Podcast! Beginning today (and every Friday — T:SCC night), you’ll get an exclusive first look at the series — interviews, raw behind-the-scenes footage, and even premium clips from upcoming episodes. It’s for you our greatest supporters!

Our embedable player will be available everywhere possible, from this site, FOX’s official site, the iTunes Podcast Store, our Facebook page, etc etc — anywhere your little heart desires! But as one of our genetically mutated friends once said, with great power comes great responsibility. It’s up to you to get the word out and send it to your friends and family (both human and cybernetic). Let’s get the word out!

Visit it at its new home. Love it by embedding it everywhere.

After all, there’s no fate but what we make
