where are they now?

Life on the set of Sarah Connor is like an overgrown, extended family. And while we may not love everyone we come in contact with, we do have a special place in our heart for those that have been along for the journey. Over the course of the last season and a half, a few of those special family members have broken out of the mold and traveled off in another direction. Here’s a look at what a few of our T:SCC friends are up to now…

Did you catch last night’s big FOX premiere of Lie to Me? Yep, that was Brendan “Andy Goode (aka Billy Wisher)” Hines as Eli. And he’s not our only alumni hanging out with the liars — our old writers’ assistant, Jami O’Brien, is one of their top staff writers! Check out their good work on Wednesdays at 9:00PM.

You might have seen Kristina “Cheri Westin” Apgar playing the role of Lily on the CW’s Privileged. You can catch her not hiding from John Connor on Tuesday nights at 9:00PM.

Former Supervising Producer and Writer John “Heavy Metal” Enbom has traded robots for parties. He’s the Executive Producer and creative genius behind the Starz Network’s big new comedy, Party Down, about cater-waiters in Los Angeles. Enbom is credited with co-creating the series with writer Rob Thomas and actor Paul Rudd. Party Down premieres March 20th.

Our first Director of Photography left us midway through the first season to return to his creepy roots — on the X-Files, that is. Bill Roe is credited on over eighty episodes of the 90’s FOX hit series and had to go for another round on last year’s feature film, The X-Files: I Want to Believe. With that under his belt, Roe followed director Chris Carter onto his next film, Fencewalker, and has been nonstop ever since!

It seems that former boom operator Bill Didonna actually made the biggest change of all! Sometime earlier this season our sound expert ventured off to open his own Los Angeles restaurant. Known as “15,” Didonna’s Echo Park bistro may be going through a name change soon (look out for the “Allston Yacht Club”). Check it out if you’re in LA!

  1. Hi there :)
I would like to know if we will see again Eric, the librarian in the wheelchair, from « Self Made Man » ? It was an interesting character.

Cheers to all the cast, crew, writers, past and present.

  2. …so, what happened to the toilet paper in the women’s restroom?

  3. “…so, what happened to the toilet paper in the women’s restroom?”

    Bud dum bum [cymbal crash]

    :)

  4. Yeah Bob, I am hoping on more on Eric too. He was an interesting and honest character. And he did what others didn’t do….
Really interact with everyone’s favorite killer cyborg :) On rewatching everything, self made man has become one of my favorites this season for that reason.
At least I would like to know if he died or not.

  5. Hadley - tell us what you think about the so-called Dekker Tapes.

  6. John Enbom is gone? That sucks.

Good to see him re-team with Rob Thomas, though. Hope they get to make the Veronica Mars movie too.

So is anyone else important missing?

  7. I watched lie to me , it was good and I liked that andy was a cast member.
in fact seing him on the show may be what keeps me watching it.

yeah the dekker tapes have things buzzing on the forums !
how about a podcast about that??… or a blog comment ??

  8. If someone absolutely has to address the Dekker videos for whatever reason, could you please do it without giving away any major plot points for the rest of the season? We’ve already had too many of those, yeah? And since teasers seem to be so popular with you folks who run the blog: if it’s not too much to ask, could we get spoiler warnings in the future for stuff like story details and dialogue from unaired episodes? It’s just not the same scene if you see the friggin’ dialogue coming.

Thanks for the heads-up on Enbom and Hines, I’ll definitely check those shows out.

  9. Here Here! Me and my older brothers had quite a long discussion about how we all want to see more of Eric…there are very few times you get a person who’s completely and utterly honest without being a total jerk with our resident killing machine hottie, their interaction was some of my favorite moments of last quarter…i hope the writers will continue to employ such characters so we can see more of how Cam is growing as, dare i say and be so politically incorrect a “person” *somewhat of a shipper smile*

  10. What are the Dekker Tapes, and can I see them?

  11. Why no love for Owain “The First Cromartie” Yeoman, who is the team CBI resident Heavy over on The Mentalist?

  12. i loved lie to me, i knew i recognized him, but i couldnt recall from where…
ive been away from TSCC for too long!

glad to have it back soon though, on my birthday nonetheless

  13. Well Happy Birthday to you Tim, i’d say a new ep of T:SCC is a pretty good way to celebrate another year!

  14. thank you an yes it is! i cant wait
