i am commenting in regards to the show’s ratings i can’t believe that fox would consider cancel the show if it doesn’t pick up it’s ratings i mean come on!! ok 1 monday night has the most competition of all the week and theres bound to be some less then perfect ratings on a couple shows 2 where is all the advertizement for T:SCC i barely see anything for it how the hell is it suppost to get attention and snag viewers! 3 fox needs to think this show has a huge fan following and i heard that the dvr numbers are better then good ok if this timeslot doesn’t have the demo’s that T:SCC needs to be a success then change it’s day & time i’ve read blogs,forums and fansites saying that wednesday nights at 9pm would be the perfect hour for this show thnk about it T:SCC following bones that could send ratings soaring threw the roof!! if your reading this and want the best show to hit the airwaves since god made bread and butter to stay for years to come then call up fox send letters even write in this blog(hopefully they are paying attention to us fans in here) this show is one of if not the best to come on t.v i really hope fox pays attention to the fans and hopefully you guys agree with me that if this show isn’t getting the ratings fox wants then they should move it to a different night and replace the 8:00 slot with reruns of “24″ until the season premiere in november somehow i think that shouldn’t be to difficult right fox?
Indeed it is a great show. It’s really a shame bout the ratings and the opinion about it. It’s hard for me to believe my eyes, since the show is very popular here in Brazil, even if it will takes us about 2 or 3 months to get the second season!
Let’s see if episode 4 will sky rocket the ratings. I really hope so!
That should not be that difficult. This show has a hugs fan following, and backing it up with Bones would definitely bump up the ratings. I know that I definitely DO NOT want this show to go anywhere. If 90210 could last for ten years, then they should not have a problem keeping T:SCC going for even more than that. Just my opinion…
WHAT!! FOX YOU CANT RID OF THIS SHOW!!! ITS MY FAVORITE SHOW ON TV RIGHT NOW!! I was counting down the days until the season premiere!!! Weds. nights @ 9 right after Bones would be a perfect idea cause nothing else is on!! This is a really great show and it really pissses me off when networks try to get rid of them becuase they don’t have enough “ratings”. I mean, Mon. @ 8? You are competing with Dancing With The Stars and Gossip Girl! So, come on FOX i know you have more sense than to make us fans of T:SCC very pissy. I think a time switch would be nice.
Every fan on the internet agrees that switching to Wednesday night is a good idea. Considering, Fox has recently cancelled “Do Not Disturb”, and “Till Death” is doing poorly as well, the timing has never been better for Fox to make the move. Also, recent data has shown that Monday Night Football is having a direct negative affect on SCC’s viewership. For every one million people that watch MNF, SCC looses 100,000. Last weeks game had over 18 million viewers. If my math is correct, then SCC lost around 1.8 million in the nielsen ratings. The switch seems like a no brainer to me. Fox just needs to give SCC sufficent advertising, before hand, and hopefully all the casual viewers will make the switch to Wednesday nights.
Please, change the day Fox!!!

Yo i agree. This is the only show i ever watch on tv and i love it. No show has the drama and intense action like this show does. I rush home just to watch this show its great! O yea and monday is a horrible night everybody is going to watch monday night football so change it to wed!!!!!!!!!!
Fox better not cancel this show. This is the only show i watch on tv and by far the best show on tv right now and probly ever! Change the show from monday you will never be able to go up against monday night football!!!!!!
What worries me is the fact that probably there are some FOX managers in charge, unlikely all of them but some for sure, that want this show to get cancelled, probably to be able to push their own productions to replace it and things like that.
And that would obviously clearly explain the lack of some serious viral marketing and advertisements from FOX for the show and the budget that has been raised yes but not as much is it should have been. This show should get a budget at least as high as Fringe to ensure action packed and full of CGI effects for every episode BUT the managers there at FOX are giving a sky high budget to Fringe which is really disappointing and low quality overall while constraining TSCC to a still very limited and lower budget than Fringe for no real reason.
I agree with Joerg in sense that fox can do more to advertize the show but don’t want to because they want the show to get cancelled in my opinion that is a very stupit idea i wonder if they have any idea what would happen if they do make the thick headed decision to pull the plug on the show and i’ve read forums, blogs and fansites that can back up my hypothisis, Ok “1″ cancelling the show would be a huge viewership drop for FOX they stand to lose millions of viewers paving the way for a disastrous fall “2″ The WB wantsthis show to survive cause they’re hoping it will spark up intrest for the upcoming T4 movie, If fox drops the show it’s very possible that people will not be intrested anymore on terminator making the movie a huge flop causing the loss of hundreds of millions of dollars in the process “3″ and this is something wich i don’t get why would fox order 13 more episodes of T:SCC if they wanted it to fail? why not just not order any at all?! i seriously hope that this is temporary and we’re all just panicking for nothing but i stand on what i said before T:SCC needs to be moved to wednesday night after bones if it’s Nielsen ratings that fox wants then they should move it from it’s current timeslot and switch it to wednesday nights seriously if the show does go then i don’t think i can watch fox anymore and saying that i will have to get my family guy fix from TBS from now on.
I agree. FOX moving TSCC to Wednesday at 9 would be great. The timeslot it has now is probably certain death, it’s too packed. FOX should at least give it a try, and if it doesn’t work, let it go (PLEASE don’t though). I think pairing up Bones and Terminator would help the ratings for both shows: two great dramas instead of one great drama and two crappy sitcoms, one of which has already been canned.
This is my favorite show on TV, and I’d hate to see it get canned because of a poor time slot, or perceived “low” ratings. I’m really hoping Fox keeps the faith in this show and let’s it stay on the air.
Please don’t cancel show fox.I look forward to T:SCC all week. This would be the dumbest move ever if Fox drops this show. T:SCC is the best show to come out on tv in a long long time. With all this reality tv crap and other shows that are all the same please don’t cancel T:SCC. I swear if Fox cancels T:SCC I will never watch anything that Fox puts out again. Why? because they are just going to cancel it. I like T:SCC on Mondays but if it means for survival and to live move it to Wednesdays. Only reason I watch Fox is because of T:SCC. DOn’t cancel show or us fans will RIOT. lol Long live T:SCC.
I DVR the show each week, I don’t think I am alone. Monday is a cheesy night for this show. I have really enjoyed it this season. How do we get our voices heard?
Move it away from Monday Night Football for heaven’s sake. I even don’t watch it on Mondays for that reason but watch it on the Fox site.
The only television show I look forward to watch each week. Great story, actors, and characters I care about.
Fringe did not keep my attention after the first two episodes as it got a bit ridiculous, is less original (an X-Files redo), and the characters just don’t make you care.
Hate to see FOX make the same mistake with Sarah Connor Chronicles like they did with Firefly (bad time slot, limited promotion).
This is the best show on TV right now (well Lost is tied for fav. show 4 me, but it’s not on right now). Only thing I look forward to in the week on TV. I have to TIVO it cause of my schedual. Wendsday is a much better day 4 me. Seems to me the ppl that would like this show are the types that may also watch WWE and Football. Why in Fox’s right mind they would stack it up against both of them is beyond me. Wendsday is the lamest day 4 TV, it would do 10x better on that day.
T:SCC is one of the best series I’ve seen in a long time, it definately sparks my interest (unlike a lot of what’s on TV these days). First it was on Monday nights, then Fridays…maybe Fox should put the show on Wednesday nights (as others have mentioned). I hope to see AT LEAST a third season of T:SCC on Fox.
