A bus full of frozen bodies+ a piano used to collect data can only mean one thing…
The third episode of FRINGE!!
What happened to these bodies?
How can one use a piano to uncover the mystery?
What will we learn about “The Pattern?”
We can’t wait to hear what you think about tonight’s episode. Be sure to come back after the episode airs tonight and let us know your thoughts!
and what is up with the bald dude on the train… it looks like he plays prominently in the next ep. The pictures of peter on the camera..”where was he.. looked like some sort of bank.
What the fck is wrong with all these actors wannabes…..
This show sucks period, they cant get anyone to act.
There was only one x-files and thats it.
Long live LOTR
jsut watched all three episodes today
i’m loving it
and the most confusing thing was the end of all three episodes
1.) you actually see the leaf with the triangle used as a access pad
2.) the quick glimpse of three male bodies on stretchers
3.) and Mr. Scott’s corpse being sucked of data
my question…is… WTF!?!?!?!!?
Hello! Do you want feedback on your show? We have been watching Fringe because of Lost. (which we really, really enjoy, our favorite show)…and although I liked the general storyline of first two Fringe episodes, I didn’t feel that great afterwards after viewing them, they left a bad taste in my mouth (my husband’s, too). I realized that the whole thing with the woman’s mouth, the clips and the pituitary- especially linked with sexuality - felt like it crossed a line from normal human darkness (which is displayed brilliantly on Lost) to evil. A bit too graphic and overstimulating/shocking here and there, as well, where it feels unecessary for what is being conveyed.
So although the story and characters were shaping up to be fascinating, we decided to bag Fringe and not view it further. Then a friend told us the third episode was much better…we watched it and agreed! Very interesting, and not too much (well, the hole drilling in the head but…)
I do not know why most of you people are negative about the show Fringe. I have watched it from the start and enjoy watching it. I go back and re watch episodes to see if I might have missed part of the larger picture. It’s a great show and I look forward to future episodes. For all the negative people I bet you are the type of person who reads the last pages of a book, or spoils a movie you may have seen and a friend has not. It’s just a show and a very good one. If you don’t like it don’t watch it. I don’t think anyone is holding a gun to your head and making you watch it. I watch it because its like a puzzle and you only get a small piece at a time, just hang in there and we can see the big picture.
ya i dont quite know whats with people bashing fringe, i think its great, and i think its a perfect balance with the graphic nature of the subject, i have found it to be shocking but not disturbing, it always leaves me in anticipation of the next episode, although i really dont care for the main caracter, she seems really fake, and i dont quiet buy into the fact that she is needed as an investigator, for what? i ask, if they’re not telling her the whole story and they know so much, why do they need her? it just seems like a strech to incorperate the big bad buisness vs government, it just ends up making the the main character seem unimportant, i love all the other characters though, especially walter and his son, there is some really good acting there, especially when walter gets angry, awesome acting. cant wait to see ep4 gotta watch these episodes twice to catch the foreshadowing lol
I’ve watched the show and I’m honesty having mixed emotions about it. I like the premise, but I was expecting more. I guess my only beef with the show is that the writers could have made it more realistic. It’s iunbelievable suggest that one lone FBI agent would be responsible for foresic collection, computer analysis, field work, etc….
I have a background in Law Enforcement and there would be a team of people who specialize in specific areas of expertise. Bottom line the show would be much more realistic and less predictable if the lead female FBI agent wasn’t tasked with every detail of an investigation.
This is the best new show on TV!.. I cant believe some of you people thought it went to far. I think it could be a bit more graphic. Id even like to see it on at a later hour so they can take it a little further. If they water it down it wont be the same great show.
People complain that this show is to disturbing and gross. Watch “House” or “CSI”. those two shows contain similar disturbing images. Just because Fringe uses similar images of gore but in a setting that is unfamiliar to us doesn’t make it over the top. We expect to see someones head cut open to the brain in a hospital and don’t complain about that, or some shot multiple times and bleeding in the street and again have no problem with that either. I think this show incorporates the gore of House and the investigative aspect of CSI excellently. I am curious to see how everything gets tied together at the end. It seems as if Walter has his own motives besides helping solve crimes and I would love to know why the main character is so very important.
I think this show is the most awesome show. It really makes you not want to look away or get up. Keep it up.
First of all the fringe is a great and fresh look at what “could” actually be going on out there.Who is to say what is real and what is fiction. The X-Files taught us to question is “The truth out there”.The Fringe seams to be saying maybe it is but can you handle the truth that is out here. the Fringe is not for the faint of heart and that is what makes it great, fresh & bold. Keep it up FOX dont let the nigh sayers kill the exciting wild outlook of a great series with a possible X-Files like following. You have created a new millennium show with new millennium ideas. Stand strong stand firm .You will reap the rewards & hopefully the “awards”. when all is said and done.
Wow.
I love this new show. It’s amazing. I totally missed the 3rd episode, but just watched it online. Brilliant. Keep posting the epsiodes online, that way if it’s missed when aired, we can still see it.
I loved THE X-FILES, nothing shall or could ever replace that. But FRINGE is the new best & I think I might just have found my one show I’ll absolutely tune into each week.
Honestly, it’s not for everyone. But for me it is. Great job!
I was skeptical about Fringe, despite my Lost + X-Files addictions, because I knew J.J. Abrams can be hit-or-miss, and I knew that nothing — NOTHING — can replace X-Files in my heart.
However, Fringe has the potential to come close.
One of my biggest complaints with the X-Files, and I know that even the most die-hard fans will agree with me here, is the way the mytharc began to meander and then get just plain lost. If we look at Lost, we know (or can at least hope) that Fringe will follow in its footsteps and plan out its entire mythology up until the show’s pre-set ending date. This is what will make Fringe a spectacular show, instead of just fizzling out as “that X-Files rip-off” after a season or two.
Keep it as amazing as it has been, and hopefully more so, and you’ll have a viewer for the life of the show!
Been watching Fringe since the first episode.. I absolutely love it! Got my sister into it now
I really like the cast - something for everyone! Plus Josh is such a cutie to look at.. nice to see him growing into a leading man. We like Olivia and Peter’s interaction, plus it is fun to try to guess the backgrounds and stuff that went on earlier with Peter and his father. Good Job!!!
Not only have I watched every episode I saved them on my DVR and invited my mom and sister to come and watch them. Now both of them are hooked as well. It is my favorite show now. I think all the wusses out there who can’t handle it should get lost and go watch something else. Great Job guys keep up the good work I hope you last for a long time because I am going to get more people to watch.
Where can I see tonights episode of Fringe 05/05/09. I am really not liking American Idol and thier run over time. My DVR isnt recording the ending of Fringe
